Trying to order replacement foam, and the shipping calculator was broken. Wanted to charge me over $30 to ship foam that weighs next to nothing from AZ to CO. When I reached out, I was told it was fixed. It wasn't. When I sent another email, I never heard anything back. I got the distinct impression they didn't want to help me unless I was spending more money. I will be shopping elsewhere for my case needs and recommend you do the same.
