I was a bit leery but had an old car that had seen far better days after 190,000 miles and being passed down through the kids. Didn’t want to deal with any hassles of selling it and it had no trade value in its current condition. I just wanted it gone, off my insurance and a little money for it. Esteban was quick in communicating and the process was fast and easy. The tow company was easy to arrange pickup next day and made out the check for the exact amount previously discussed. It was less than 24 hours between when I said ok to the offer and the car being picked up and check in hand.

All the greatness of "Cash4Cars" mentioned above is in comparison to the unprofessionalism of "", who was incapable of any form of communication until canceled. Which resulted in a hot mess of sucking up due to their lack of integrity, the humorous & unbelievable excuses for their inability to fulfill their obligations, lack of communication in any way, shape, or form, and their inability to hear the customer cancel because of their lack of action and ridiculous behaviors. The latter led me to "Cash4Cars". Smooth process!

Overall a positive exsperance only issue was the towing / pickup company. I missed a whole days work due them not being able to narrow down the pickup time frame. They did not show up at my house until 7: 30pm. I wasted a whole day waiting for someone to call and let me know what was going on.
