Definitely will not be doing business with them. Your only as good as your weakest link. And your weakest link, is your employees. No customer service skills what so ever. Rude and discourteous. 2 thumbs way down

Our car was totaled and they gave us a reasonable price with fast professional service. They driver (can't remember his name but was from Iowa:) ) came out within hours to pay us, take the title, the car and was great to work with. Thanks again

Just wanted to take a quick minute to post this review. I don’t give out five star reviews unless The experience and service was excellent. Rick was so awesome was here right away and took care of the car in minutes. I wish the world had more people like this kind friendly honest and great to do business with. If you need to get rid of your car this is a place to go please do not call anywhere else don’t waste your time call Rick.

Process was easy to sell my wrecked car. Showed up a bit late, but warned me traffic was bad and kept me posted on arrival time. The driver, Rick, showed up and was personable, polite and easy to deal with. Thanks much.

Very rude, disrespectful on the phone. Extremely unprofessional. I’d question whether their price quotes are even honest and fair, to be honest, based on the guy who answers the phone. The owner should fire that guy. If he’s even half-way intelligent. Bad place to do business. DON’T.

Was very interested in using thier service based on the reviews but one of the drivers attitude quickly made me change my mind I was uninformed by the man on the phone my title needed to notarized and he mocking snickered as if I was making things up and sarcastically said we do things legal, his attitude was not needed if thier customer service is improved I might try them again.
So they called me back and gave me more attitude about my lack of knowledge I felt very demeaned and experienced even worse customer service I had to hang up when he started yelling at me very unprofessional place would not recommend. The response from the owner solidifies my point exactly highly unprofessional and demeaning I informed them this was a first time experience and they completely ignored that fact as far as I'm concerned they need major help in customer service.
Here's some smart advice from a guy who doesn't know how to tie his shoes communication is key to any business relationship and relationship a like when some one tells you that they didn't know something instead of considering them an idiot and childishly demeaning them maybe explain in a calm manner what they need to do. I assume JC is leaving the responses I pray for you and your short fuse have a great day.

I will always call JC when I want a junk vehicle gone. He was amazing and very polite. JC showed up at the time that he said he would. Kept me in the loop on everything. I was paid cash for someone else to take away my junker. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know.

I never thought I'd use a junk car sales service, but after weighing the options of trying to sell a 97 Corolla on craigslist or something, I decided to give them a call. Couldn't be happier. I might have gotten a few extra bucks selling it myself, but within a few hours of calling, I had cash in hand, didn't have to mess with going somewhere to sign over the title, no haggling, and the eyesore was gone. When I first called Junk Cars to see how it all worked, JC explained everything, even that they could notarize my car title, and told me just to let him know when I was ready. Today I was ready and from the time I texted JC the information, he let me know that Brian was going to be my driver, approximately when Brian was going to arrive and that if I needed anything else to let him know. Less than 2 ½ hours later my little red car was on its way to Phoenix. Both JC & Brian were friendly, helpful and so polite. If I ever need anything like this again 888JunkCars is who I will call.
