Juan the general manager is awesome and was able to help me out with a emergency and truly appreciate him alot. I would strongly recommend seeing him or anyone at cashtime

Edit: like I said, they straight up told us we can't get our car back and blamed us. We had to call them like 5 times. Plus everyone was rude as hell and ARGUED with us. Their reply is an even bigger sign of how terrible their customer service is because I say their /customer service / reps argued and were rude, and they didn't address it at all.

Go literally anywhere else but here. We were behind on payments and filed for bankruptcy. They took the car, and when we immediately told them we filed for bankruptcy (and they can't legally take it atm) instead of giving us the car back, they argued with us for hours. Finally I got to talk to the district manager THREE DAYS LATER and he was extremely rude. Didn't even apologize for their mess up, and then we had to go 15 miles from our house (without a car) and pick up our car. We then had to wait over 30 minutes because the person that was supposed meet us was late. Worst place ever. And even before this issue, the staff has always been unhelpful and rude.

They are very good at helping and making sure you feel safe. Is quick easy process as long as you make sure you have all your documents.

I got a title loan through Juan here, never have I had such pleasant customer service. 10/10 would recommend—very genuine, professional, and helpful. Give this man a raise

No other place makes you wait 2 months to get more money. I only borrowed $250 and they won't give me more. They never even gave me a approval amount. Every other loan company will give you extra money until you reach your approval amount.

If I could put negative starts I would, don’t waste your time or energy they are money hungry they do not care about there customers once you sign on the dotted line they will not work with you if you fall on hard times they will take your vehicle with no notice or heads up. Get told one thing and then it is completely another once given the loan I am warning DO NOT come here your better off at Tittle Max where they are actual human beings who actually care about there customers not just money hungry.

I came here not exactly sure how things need to go, as I'm not used to taking out title loans, but the staff here was super helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice. They helped me not only get a loan, but they also found a better option that was much more within my meds at a very fair rate.

I had originally found out about this place through Google like many do, and saw they had an amazing standing, and after they helped me so much, I totally understand why. They deserve it.

If you're in a dire situation and need some finances quickly, I highly suggest giving these awesome folks a call or just stop by~

I called to see if the could help they said, yes that they do title loan buy outs. I get there had my time wasted so they can check your credit need to have a good score s they can help you i guess. In the long run they couldnt help me out but why dont tell you theyrun credit checks eveen though youbdont consent they still do. I wouldn't go back to this place nor title max in realty they dont help people.

I received help from Serena on Grant and Swan location. She was very pleasant to speak with. She made everything easy. I have been coming to this location for about 5 yrs now. Always good people.

CashTime was there for me once again, BUT the experience I had today was overwhelming with grace, professionalism and hope that was not expected. I mean I know CashTime is awesome, but they paid off another title loan I had with a different company, paid off an old debt and I still walked out with cash in my hands! Now all I asked for was $500. Juan and CashTime said we can do so much more for you and with less interest and lower payments. I was kind of hesitant and Juan the genius pulled it off…four miracles in less than two hours done for me! I pay less and now also my credit will improve too! I just can’t say enough of how much that this team will do for you! Thank you Juan P and CashTime honestly you gave me a larger horizon of hope so thank you! In trouble this is the #1 and only place to go! Hands up
