Casino del Sol RV Park, Tucson AZ

Fantastic staff, available 24/7, friendly and accommodating. The RV park is well kept. The individual sites are paved and spacious. Numerous hiking trails within minutes. Great location outside city limits. Safe with security cameras and security vehicles throughout the day and night! Huge dog park with grass! They offer short and long term stays. Big fan!

December 2023. Stayed here several days on our way to Vegas. The rv site are narrow, just wide enough to fit our motor home. Thier are no patios and no picnic tables. You have to sit your chairs in rough gravel. The casino is not appealing at all. It is poorly layed out. The customer service is completely non exsistant. Play for 3 hours and never had a server come by, so I left.

Nice RV park by the casino. Asphalt sites with gravel in between. Room for about 70 rigs. Full hookups. Check in at the Shell station. Gated entrance, nice dog park.
Park is about 12 miles off I-10.

Rv park is nice, hot tub is great, They really need a pool for the RV park would make staying more desirable and something for kids to do. Service is good. This park is right next to the casino maybe 100 yard walk from the gate. The casino on the other hand, wow they have really let it go, it used to be super clean, they had live music, people used to greet you at the door, the restaurants were clean and affordable. Now there is gum and other strange things all over the walk way into the casino, carpets inside are dirty, , food is super expensive, staff are not friendly, no more live music in the casino, just not a fun experience any more. But hey the park is nice and safe and desert diamond is just down the road.

Good rv park poor customer service seems as though no one really knows what they are doing when making a reservation then also fulfilling that reservation.

Large spacious park. Very nice pull through hookup spaces with electric, water and sewer. TV reception is also good. Fenced in and very secure. We felt very safe walking between the park and the casino at night.

There needs to be a safe walkway from the RV Park to the Casino. It's dangerous to walk at night

Beautiful RV park but all rules they give you do not apply. Because of someone not following the rules regarding dogs on leash, the owner that did not obey the rules their dog attacked my pet and our space. They were supposedly kicked out of the park immediately security told us but they lied and management said they could stay. Very disappointed in their decision and not enforcing rules. I feel management was favoring the people because we were Canadian and they were not. Also the key cards do not work properly and maintenance does not keep up their work.

Their RV park system is a joke. They have no sites designated for nightly, weekly or monthly like majority of RV parks. If you want to stay here long term you have to keep moving site to site. I do not recommend this place if you’re full time, this place is a headache.

Check in takes over 30 minutes. Had to wait for authorized person.then to see our vehicle, very slow process entering all information.
Campground is very secure and clean restrooms, jacuzzi. Has a nice big dog run (very soggy due to watering system though).

Most Walmart parking lots are better. So, unless you have an event at the casino, or are a serious gambler, you would be better off elsewhere. All the amenities that are present, work and are well kept.
All of the grievances noted by others are still in effect. Such as, employees that don't have the password to the check-in computer, which is at the gas station. You should expect more for your money, but you won't get it at this rv park.
In addition, I would only add that they constructed the place immediately adjacent the highway, so bring your earplugs. It's loud and annoying, day and night.

Enjoy staying at this RV park. Been here a week and my husband and I wanted to stay another week. My husband called to get it set up. Every time it was almost done he would get disconnected. He was on the phone 3 1/2 hours over a 2 day period. Very frustrating finally someone put him in touch with the assistant manager at the convenience store where you check in. Alejandra the assistant manager did a beautiful job of getting things right! She gave us excellent customer service. Thank you Alejandra very much for the excellent service
