Just want to say that this is the best place and best price in town for your vehicle. I brought my 89 ford bronco in for a cylinder head replacement and they went above and beyond. I knew that since its a 34 year old vehicle other stuff was going to come up once taking it apart. They were honest about everything and they worked with me. I will be taking it back for some other repairs.

Great service and competitive pricing. Mr. Castillo diagnosed the problem and provided me a detailed breakdown of the cost/repair process. He photographed the repair process and would send me constant updates. When he finished the repair he determined he didn’t need to replace an item and he deducted that from my overall cost. I’m skeptical about who I permit to work on my vehicles and I would recommend Castillo Auto Repair to those in need of auto repair work.

The Guys are nice, but I am not sure I can trust them. My engine takes 6 quarts of oil, so I brought my own Royal Purple oil. Found out they changed it with their generic brand. The reason was it was 1 quart short. They did not bother to call me for an extra quart which does not make sense, since I brought 6 quarts. Now, I got charged with an extra quart, and they did not give back my Royal Purple Synthetic engine oil.

They installed a 6cyl engine in my accord and very pleased with the service they provided. They communicated with me well and good with pricing. I will definitely use them again.

Very friendly They fixed my husband's car when he took it to the dealership they told him it would be $4000 for everything. Which Castillo said that need that done. We took it Castillo's could be trust them and and it was only $2000 and it didn't need to be fixing that dealership said so.they're very honest and help people out.

Service is second to none. After a mix up my car repair wasn't finished on time, so Junior came in early Sunday morning on his off time to do the work rather than wait till Monday. They just do an excellent job here.

Love these guys great affordable service, when I need a repair done on my truck I know I can trust junior to make sure it's safe and road ready.

Honestly just the nicest people, they were the only shop in town that could get me in same day. Had my truck done the next business day. Very very fair pricing. Would even say this is prob the cheapest place in town for the best quality work. Definitely will recommend!

I was so pleased by Castillo Auto Repair and would recommend them to everyone in Sierra Vista needing car repairs. My Nissan Xterra very suddenly, at 7-ish PM, started making loud scary grinding noise that sounded like a serious issue near the front driver side, so bad that I didn't feel I could safely drive the car home. I saw a neon "OPEN" sign along a 7th street group of buildings next to what ended up being Castillo Auto Repair. I went up to the office, figuring the sign was accidentally left on, since it was later in the evening. In a series of miracles, it was the owners of the group of buildings sitting inside, and the fellow inside helped me even though it was after hours. The owner of the buildings said it appeared that Miguel Jr.was still at work and he would see if he would help me, that they were very hard-working honest mechanics, and that is who he uses for all his auto-repair work. Miguel Jr.came outside, and was very professional, went above and beyond to even take the time because it was after-hours and I'm sure he wanted to get home. He test drove my car a very short distance confirming there was definitely an issue and I shouldn't drive it any further (I was close to my place and able to walk home). He expertly explained what he thought the problem was (which ended up being the exact issue), and said I could leave it there and he would put the car up on the rack to look underneath first thing in the morning. I'm in a stressful situation where this could of been a horrible snag in all the things I must attend to. Miguel followed through with everything he said, staying in touch at the times he said he would, giving me a thorough diagnosis and price estimate (wheel bearing and hub assembly). They were able to finish the work that day, so my emergency was solved within less than 24hrs. Miguel Jr.has an excellent work ethic, professional, prompt, and communicative in a timely manner. Miguel Jr is the son of the owner Miguel Sr, who was out of town that week, and I just want Miguel Sr to know your son & team did a fantastic job helping me while I was in crisis! Thank you to the whole team at Castillo Auto Repair, I will be back to fix the other less critical issues that you gave me estimates for.

Everyone at Castillo’s was wonderful. They are honest, communicative, and very fair. They even worked with a warranty company to fix a mistake made by another mechanic. I’m very pleased with all the work they did on my truck. Highly recommend!
