The staff is wonderful because they are prompt, courteous and friendly. The doctor was thorough in explaining procedures and very helpful.
Overall, it was a great experience and I hope to establish a relationship with this business.

Really impressed with this vet hospital. I have gone to other vet and vet hospitals around the country and here locally and I was seen quickly and my pup was taken care of. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I brought my dog Tony here recently and we felt so loved and welcomed. I recently adopted Tony from Pacc and he has very high anxiety. The staff made him feel so comfortable. They all treated him like he was a king, the front desk staff is super helpful and nice even when the phones are constantly ringing. Dr Weaver was amazing. They got me in same day super fast and helped my Tony with his ear infection. We have our next appointment booked and even added on a nail trim! Due to his high anxiety I have been looking for a new vet to take my Tony boy too and this is the place. Thank you all at Catalina pet for showing Tony and I so much love!

I called a couple times and they make ma wait in the line for 20 min, then they hang up on me. I asked for same day appt.and never have appts available.not impress with customer service at all.

My pet had experienced a serious emergency and their follow up with him just put me at ease. They treated him with love and kindness. Explained everything thoroughly and i was very pleased.

Dr Maus has been providing excellent care for our pets for many years. She is very knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care for our fur babies. Highly recommended!

Our family has been going to Catalina Pet Hospital for five years since we first adopted our amstrat mix dog. We had an emergency this week because our dog ate about 5 oz of coffee grounds and was showing signs of toxicity. They took her in on a terribly busy day, and cared for her thoughout the day between scheduled visits. She's recovering just fine, and we're grateful. We highly recommend Catalina Pet Hospital Vets and Staff.

I was impressed on how quickly they were able to get me and my cat an appointment especially since I wasn’t an existing customer. I was charged a non refundable charge 65 to make the appointment which was expected. I received a welcome and confirmation email also a text reminder the day before my appointment. We didn’t have to wait long after checking in with the friendly front desk staff to get called in to the exam room where the vet tech asked a few questions while getting my cat’s weight. A few minutes after that our vet, Dr Maus came in and examined my cat and asked a few more questions before making her diagnosis and writing and filling a prescription. I’m not sure why the five other vets in town couldn’t do what she did in less than twenty minutes. We been dealing with this same issue for about four years now and only time will tell if she starts feeling better again. I feel that my money was well spent here and I will update this review after a few months with the results. They have great customer service and I’m glad that I brought my cat here finally. We were the classic acupuncture skeptic. We told as much to Dr Maus on our very first visit. But when our twelve year old lab developed gastro side effects to his arthritis/pain medicine, we decided to give it a try. Six months later, our 12.5 year old lab is doing the old man shuffle around the golf course every morning. He is more engaged throughout the day overall. He is off all meds. We wish we would have tried this sooner. Dr Maus is amazing and we are so happy to have her as our vet for our 4 dogs.

We had a wonderful intake experience with our new puppy! Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and made the visit a breeze.
