The staff was waiting outside to greet us, very polite and friendly. The building was very clean, the bathroom was very clean as well. The case worker that is working with us is very nice, informative and helpful. And compassionate, I was very comfortable talking with her. I'm glad I made the decision to make my appointment! Thank you CBI

CBI is a great place to be when you're trying to sober up this is the first place where it will start to get treatment. Staff is courteous, kind and care for your health and safety. Thank you CBI for all your hard work and dedication.

Nightmare provider care. Great therapist there and that’s it, if you need medical help-go somewhere else! Didn’t have a pysch provider to take existing client appointments nor manage medications refills for about two months. No follow up by staff or providers, they rarely even answer the phone. My insurance provider can’t even get a hold of the office. Switching to another health provider. Worst experience ever.

I was banned from working at all locations because I advocated for a patient rights. The yuma CBI staff told me am not allowed to tell the patients their rights. They notify corporate and then I was banned and then drop from Nursieo.

They said they had a bed for my son, then turned him away after I drove an hour to bring him there.

Wonderful behavioral health services for those in need of help with community resources, rehabilitation placement and crisis/detox.

It's uncomfortable, disgusting, revolving door patients who continue to go there just for food and bed

It is a place that if you're ready to get yourself together the staff will help CBI save my life

I was homeless for over four years, my addiction had taken everything I own, aside of a backpack and a small duffle bag. I showed up at CBI after a cold night with no shelter or blankets. The intake process takes some time and alot of people get impatient with it. But not me. I had enough of bring on the streets. I stayed in "the chairs" for almost a week. Each time I got out I went and got some food smoked cigs and went right back in. Until I got into the transition point of care. At this point you stay, get medicated, have a bed, shower, and three square meals a day. I stayed in the men's shelter after a few weeks of stabilizing on medication (Suboxone). I stayed at the men's shelter for 7 months. Again, it's all up to you to stay clean and make good choices to get back on track. I got my ID, birth certificate, social security card, a phone, and at the end I got my apartment from rapid rehousing (PENZOR). CBI is not a luxury place by all means. But they gave me another chance to have a decent life. ITS UP TO YOU TO GET CLEAN! DO THE WORK, TAKE THE TIME AND IT WILL BE WORTH IT! THANK YOU JAHOVA!

How health care should be. They place the patient with a case manager. Then assign them the doctors they need and work on helping to get the person healthy.
