I reached out to this business due to my computer not working. Come to find out my hard drive died and I had a new hard drive installed in less than 24 hours at an extremely low price. I forgot my windows login password on my computer and needed help resetting it. A technician named Charles was here in less than 1 hour after I placed the call and was able to get me back in without deleting any of my files. I was very pleased with the prompt service.
