You hire AV experts because they are supposed to understand the tech they are working with. I'm not confident in CCS or their ability to connect these technologies properly. They don't understand the technology they are selling.

We hired them to install a new projector and screen and tie it to a TV in our conference room, which included simple light and screen controls on the wall. For that they did mostly great (though they did install a new projector screen in the ceiling and then just left the ceiling unfinished for us to have trimmed and re-adjusted at our cost.) The installation is pretty clean, but that is where the project fell apart.

The project specifics were to install projector/screen/webcam in order to upgrade our aging setup. We wanted to be able to Zoom/Teams and share content. We need to be able to share our desktop to share our content, fairly simple requirements that were never met.

They sold us a $35k "Zoom room" with Crestron Mercury. (Our original request was to not use Crestron at all, guess what? 100% Crestron. Locked down, unusable proprietary software suite.) Zoom was nice but never a requirement of the project. This new system was ONLY able to Zoom, with a $5k (unsightly) controller on the tabletop, several email accounts and a $500/yr required Zoom account.

Somewhere along the line the project Scope had crept outside of our original needs. At this point knew the system would not meet our requirements and we continued to point this out as they continue to "strategize" on the design.
Project requirements were never satisfied, hours and hours of testing. The project manager admitted to us that they hadn't used the tech (Mercury) before. They never finished the project. They left us high and dry, a project incomplete, and quoted an additional $10k to "fix" the original project that was never completed in the first place. We have used them a few times over the years, but will no longer be using or recommending their services. They were quick to bill and quick to vanish.
