Cellaxs - Phone Repair, Tucson AZ

Called before making the drive to get a quote and make sure they could replace the screen on my girlfriend's phone. I was quoted $75 so we drove almost half an hour to get there only to be charged more than twice the quoted price. What a waste if time and gas. Super unprofessional.

I called this place ahead of time to make sure they were open (because of Covid) and he answered promptly, assuring he was open. I asked him how much it would cost to clean the speaker to my mic and ear piece, he said if it was broken it's be $30 or more. If not, it'd be "very cheap, very very cheap, come in. " I went in and he cleaned my phone mic and ear piece. I waited about ten minutes, no big deal there. Then he said it'd be $30! I told him that is not very cheap, he said "other places it would be very expensive, i'll do $25. " Ran my card for $25.oo and then literally tipped himself (10%) without asking me if I wanted to tip him, or even mentioning it. I'll literally never go back there. A can of dust off is $6 at Wal-Mart.

Never recommend to go there they rip people off they say they fix and replace my phone with a old Battery

Did an amazing job fixing my vintage iPhone 5! Nothing but trouble with battery and screen and Cellaxs repaired both! Battery and screen under $100 bucks. Very nice and knowledgeable employee. Recommend this small Kiosk in Park Place Mall.
