Dr. Silverman has helped me in multiple ways using Neurofeedback with sleeping, staying focused on tasks at hand as well as stress and anxiety. He uses his vast knowledge of years of experience and modern techniques and technology. He bases his treatments on the individuals specific needs and makes adjustments as needed for each appointment. I have been working with him for some time and he has helped in ways other were unable to. I highly recommend him for any individual needing help in many different aspects of life.

Short Story: Absolutely Phenomenal!
Longer Version: 39yr old Male with heavy adhd. 20mg Ritalin as a child, 100mg Straterra as an adult; felt like a zombie on ritalin and still hardly felt focused on straterra.i had read about and researched neurofeedback prior to speaking with Dr. Silverman and the science was promising but i was still rather skeptical.he has years of experience and history with this field specifically and i felt if i was going to try it out he was the most educated in the manner to provide the best service. - I Am Astonished! - i have completed my twenty sessions, and perhaps i am one of the luckier folks, but i am still progressing and have yet to plateau with my progress and am happily continuing with more because of the unimaginable results i have yielded!

- my emotional regulation is so much more under control.i don't get worked up, upset, or emotional over the smallest things anymore.

- my baseline severe anxiety is so much less i successfully stopped taking my anxiety medication!

- my baseline severe depression (persistent depressive disorder) is so much better, i am smiling, laughing and happier - i am still taking my antidepressant (20mg Lexapro) but i feel so much "happier" in general i have honestly cried twice over the overwhelming improvement i have gained in this area that i could have otherwise never imagined because i have been baseline depressed for so long i haven't known anything else

- my adhd: i successfully stopped taking my adhd medication and my head is quieter and there's not a million thoughts floating around in there anymore; i feel clarity and more present in my own mind and body; i am able to complete small simple tasks when i need to without feeling anxious, hyping myself up, talking myself into action, still never being able to act, spiraling into self hatred over not being able to do simple tasks like take a shower or brush my teeth - i just acknowledge i have to do something now, and then i go do it it's unbelievably wild!

the global science shows as well that once these new neuropathways are created our brains keep them and we don't revert back to our previous states (so far that is, the studies have only been ongoing for 50yrs[? ] but so far the results are 50 years and going!). I can not even fathom the impacts this is going to have on my life going forward: the ability to perform other jobs because my adhd is no longer handicapping my attention span, my ability to stay focused; the ability to have healthier relationships because my emotional dysregulation is so much more under control, as well as my anxiety and depression which can wear on your partner nearly as much as they weigh on you.i could not be more impressed.going in i was scared, because results can vary - although the majority of people do see positive results, how positive those results are can vary person to person as our degrees of adhd are all so different.my results however have me begging all my neurodivergent friends to invest in this, and i couldn't more strongly recommend it.keep in mind how positive your results are may vary, but the current global science i have researched is showing 95%-98% of people with adhd benefit!

and the benefits are so much better than any medication with all their side effects and/or simulant natures can provide (in my personal opinion).

my deepest personal thanks to Dr. Silverman, who clearly showed a personal interest in my own success and development beyond simply administering the therapy, seeing that he cares about your progress means a lot - and i very much look forward to completing more sessions and seeing where i finally plateau with my own personal results

Neurofeedback for my son at the age of 15 was nothing short of incredible. He has made huge improvements in his life, the biggest one being his self confidence. He is able to focus on tasks and spend time on them without being distracted. He has started new activities that bring him tons of joy in life, playing guitar, going to the gym daily, stock trading and actually reading books! His newly found discipline in life is enviable. He now orders books online on topics he enjoys. He shares his newfound knowledge with us showing his understanding of the information. Thank you Dr. Silverman for your expertise and for your love of helping others achieve greatness!

I had done research on alternative treatments for ADD as I cannot tolerate stimulants and want to avoid medications. I found Neurofeedback to be an alternative that could be effective for me and had been around for decades. I came to see Dr. Silverman as he is the top specialist in his field with decades of experience and is a licensed clinical psychologist. I have dealt with ADD for years by working much longer hours and drinking lots of caffeine. Now in my 40s trying to juggle work and young children, I had come to the point of being totally overwhelmed and unable to manage my life. I was on the verge of tears when I came to see Dr. Silverman. I’m halfway through my sessions and I feel much more calm and my life feels more manageable and less stressful. My focus and sense of calm have DRAMATICALLY improved! Dr. Silverman personally tailored a program to fit my needs and was able to accommodate my limited availability. He is very knowledgeable, straight forward and top in his field and works directly with each client which I appreciate! I highly recommend him and his alternative approach to ADD!

Dr. Silverman has been extremely helpful to my development as a man. I started working with him in July of 2022. I travel to Arizona every 3 months or so and will do around 10-12 sessions every trip
(2 a day)
The biggest improvements I have seen have been motivation, awareness, and I feel noticeably better! When I first began I was overweight and have lost 45 lbs since! I’m able and willing to learn, and my overall outlook on life has improved drastically. The results definitely don’t come overnight, but if you’re patient and do what he says you will absolutely see results. Thanks Dr. Silverman!

Our daughter had awful anxiety and stress, starting in kindergarten, which manifested itself into various chronic sicknesses. In kinder she had a slight fever every single day for 3 months, no medicines, or antibiotics could make it go away. She also complained of an upset stomach or a headache every day. She was really struggling with basic stuff in school that we knew she knew. Out of desperation I started googling ADHD counselors and happened to find Dr. Silverman's practice. I really didn't want to start her on medicine, if at all possible, and I was searching for something that would hopefully work just as effectively, if not better.

We decided to give this a shot. I am SO HAPPY we did! I really started to notice a difference in her school work pretty quickly- maybe within a month of starting treatment. Dr. Silverman would frequently ask me how she was doing in school and how her anxiety levels were. Based on our conversations, he would make adjustments to help alleviate certain symptoms and/or issues she was having, either at home or school. About half way through her sessions, I noticed her anxiety levels really diminishing. I rarely hear about her stomach being upset before school now. She's doing so much better in class as well! She definitely still struggles when she's not super interested in something, or when she's tired, but with Dr. Silverman's treatments, us learning about and understanding ADHD, and adopting habits that help her be successful, she is thriving now. She is also completely healthy now too. She doesn't have the constant stomach ache, headaches, or other sicknesses.

I would highly suggest this for anyone struggling with ADHD/ADD. ADHD affects so much more than just learning or concentration, and this helps your brain function on a more "normal" level. For now our daughter is done with her sessions but we know that if she starts to struggle in any area, we can go back to help "tweak" some things for her and she grows and matures. If you're questioning this at all, take this as your sign that you should definitely give this a shot, because it worked for us!

Working with Dr. Silverman has been a blessing and I am pleased to recommend him. My genetics do not respond well to traditional medicines which leaves me with very few options. Thankfully Dr. Silverman was able to customize a plan using metronome therapy and neurofeedback sessions to get me back on track. In additional to being easy to schedule with and flexible with recurring appointments, I found Dr. Silverman to be very kind and compassionate to work with.

My son started seeing Dr Silverman about 1 year ago. We came because he was falling behind and disrupting class. I have a history of ADD in my family and I suspected this might be the problem, we wanted to avoid medication, and my brother had success with biofeedback treatments when we were kids.
My son did 10 sessions to start with in last quarter of the school year. His teacher told us about big improvements he’d witnessed in his performance including his behavior, and the length of and description in his writing.
We took the summer off, and when he went back to school he reverted back to some old habits. He did 20 sessions over the past 5 months, and his progress was remarkable- I’ve shared some photos of his progress reports this year. In math he jumped from the 51st percentile to the 94th percentile, in reading he jumped from 46th to 53rd, and his behavior grades moved from A-which stands for “approaches the standard” to M- which stands for “Meets the standard. ” He has been able to read his assigned books without a fight, which used to be a big struggle, and he got a 120/100 for his last book report which he focused on for about an hour a night for 5 days -he would not have been able to do that before the treatments.
Socially he is excelling as well. He listens better so we have more meaningful and productive conversations with him, and he has made some new good friends. My son wants to do well, and he used to feel bad when he’d fall behind, he felt hopeless, because he couldn’t force himself to focus the way other kids did. Thanks to the biofeedback treatments, he can do it now.
We are going to take a few months off and see how he does, and we’ll come back again for more brain training if he starts to struggle again.
