Central Car Care, Phoenix AZ

I realized my car needed an oil change and tires rotated and it was late in the evening. The next morning I called Central Car Care at 7: 00am as they were opening for the day and asked if they could fit my car in for these services, preferably early in the day. They said bring it in as soon as you can and we will fit it in. I got it there before 7: 30am and got it back at 9: 30am. Excellent service again.

After having several shops attempt to perform a basic alignment on my simple Honda Civic. I found the folks at Central Car Care. They were very professional, easy to work with and set me up with an appointment that would fit my schedule. They completed the job in an exceedingly great fashion and were able to get me on my way with little to no fuss about picking up the car. I definitely can appreciate good work without having a frustrating experience.

What an amazing place. I bought an old car a while ago, and knew it had some issues. One of my coworkers recommended this place to me since their family works here! And I'm like, well, I like my coworker so I'll trust them.

Best decision ever. They did a full review of my car, and I mean FULL. They made a list of most serious issues, minor issues, and stuff that could potentially be an issue in the future. They also gave me a list of the prices to fix each thing individually as well as how long it would take them to fix it so I could best manage my time and money

The staff are super friendly and the lobby is well prepared to keep you comfortable while you wait. Good air conditioning, lots of chairs and space, and even multiple charging stations! It was a little difficult for me to figure out parking, but don't be deterred! These people are worth it

These guys FAR EXCEEDED my expectations in terms of friendly customer service, professionalism, and quality of work performed. Brought in a 2006 Ranger which needed a real overhaul on suspension, differential seals and brake system. Price was fair and they treated me with respect and courtesy (doesn't always happen at other places when you're female and drive an older/inexpensive vehicle). The work was done in a very reasonable period of time. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle (s) to Central Car Care for all my maintenance and repair needs.

I set a appointment, when the car got to the shop they were very accurate with the beginning and completion time.

Amazing service and 100% transparency, my service advisor Jourdan even let me in the shop to see what was going on with my car. 10/10 in my books, would highly recommend.

Jordan and his technicians went above and beyond to fix the issue I was having with my A/C. Although it still remained a fault with the vehicle they gave it a valiant effort. Appreciate everything they did, and will be contacting them with any other mechanical/engine issues I might have in the future.
