Nice place for older people to live. A little difficult to find the lot numbers. Needs clearer addresses.

Management a tad hard to work with but I. The end it’s a great place to live… it’s clean and quiet but not boring! Cool atmosphere and close to everything!

We negotiated a deal in Central Park Village and agreed to a price. We were going to pay cash and then do some remodeling before we moved in. But before we opened escrow we had to deal with Susan in the office. She was arrogant and condescending. She did not treat us they way new residents should be treated. She acted as if she was doing us a favor by even talking to us. She tried to tell me that I didn’t apply on line then I pointed out that they debited $100 from our checking account for our back ground check. Then she said that it takes time to do the background check until I pointed out that it was past the 72 hours her notices say how long it would take. Then she jacked up the lot rent over what was listed on the MLS. The first number she threw at us was over $900! That’s when it dawned on us that even though we were paying cash for the mobile home, we were going to have deal with Susan for as long as we lived there. I asked her for a direct answer if we were approved by the park and and she did not answer.

Too many red flags here. We back out of the deal solely because of our experience with Susan at Central Park Village.

This place is anything but a dump. Bitter people are blaming mgt because they cant have what we have. The park is clean and kept up. The y managers and neighbors are very friendly. I am truly blessed to be a part of this!

I have lived in north Phoenix for about 27 years as a homeowner and was aware of this community as a possible place to move to when it was time to sell my house. Due to a divorce I needed to sell my house by 6/30/2021 and had driven through Central Park Village 10 -12 times in the months leading up to that date trying to secure my next home. I have called the sales office approximately 20 times inquiring about properties for sale in the park, dog restrictions, etc.since I have never lived in a mobile home or 55+ community before. Of those 20 calls, only one was answered by a live human and none of the several messages I left were ever returned! The one time someone answered I spoke with Susan about a home I saw for sale there. She said that home had sold but she had another one that was not even listed yet but was going to be soon. We made an appointment to see it at 4 PM that day.got there at 3: 50 and walked around the home (it was vacant), waited till 5: 00, calling Susan 3-4 times with no answer. Every time I went to the office over those weeks it was ALWAYS closed. Called 2-3 more times the next day and left messages with no return call EVER! Now this is when I'm trying to buy something and put money in their pockets.can you imagine how you will be treated if you live there and you need help with something! So much for the honeymoon period! I ended up finding a beautiful home at The Meadows in Tempe so things worked out.whatever happened to customer service or just plain manners?

This is a nice park but too expensive and if you park on the street past dark they will tie your auto and there are no warning signs about this.you have to search to pick up your car and it is towed all the way to just above the 202 in Tempe phx border. I was helping a friend get home from the ER and was only parked there for 10 min. I think they need to post the towing info and hours I don't know but I think they should pay me back the 125 impound fee for it not being posted. Bad business.

Horrible place for people to live. My grandmother lives in this park, the property management wont trim the tree in her back yard. But they will make sure all the palm trees look nice. How are people on a budget supposed to pay to have a tree trimmed or removed. 80 year old lady cannot do the work or afford to have it removed. Money hungry management. Horrible people.

The Manager Sue at this Park is absolutely the worst person to work with when trying to sell your mobile home here. Not only does she not return calls she doesn’t return emails as well. Trying to sell my Grandmothers home here was the WORST experience ever and the Buyer trying to qualify with the Park was treated terribly by Sue. Do not buy or move into this Park until they remove the Property Manager Sue

Very clean one thing I noticed as in most parks speed signs mean nothing to visitors or some residents
