This is an amazing place with amazing staff! My hotel highly recommended this salon and it didn’t disappoint. I came here with my young daughter as a Mommy and me day. The staff was amazing and treated her like a princess. They also treated me like a queen. The services were exceptional and at a reasonable price. You definitely got your moneys worth. I highly recommend! I wish I lived closer so I could come back. The next time I’m in the area this is a must. Thank you for making it spectacular.

I didn't set an appointment and was a walk-in but they were able to squeeze me in quick. I was happy with the price and she did an awesome job.

Thao has been doing my nails for years. She also does my mom's and my daughters. She is professional and does an absolutely lovely job on my SNS nails!

I arrived at Centerpoint was greeted as soon as I entered the salon! I was a walk in but have been coming for years. Christine was my nail technician, she was so wonderful and my poor wretched hands look so nice!

Myself and my two daughters went in for a pedicure. One of the older techs performed a pedicure on my daughter. She had absolutely no issues prior to arrival. This tech dug into her toe so hard it hurt her and she mentioned it. The next day she began having issues with her toe. I called to speak to the Manager and for the run around. The Manager called I explained what happened. She asked me to take my daughter to the Dr. She went to Urgent Care and had an infection from the injury she sustained by the nail tech. She was placed on medicine. I had reached back out to seek reimbursement for the medical costs incurred due to the tech’s injury. I never heard back from anyone, not even to check on the well being of my daughter. Needless to say, we will NEVER return. Beware and do not let them dig into your toes or you may end up in the Urgent Care too!

Love Centre Pointe Nait and Spa. Always feel welcome and everyone is very personalable. Love my nail tec Tracy, always do an excellent job. So thankful to have her!

Really poor customer service from Bebe (B). I was being extremely friendly and just trying to explain what I wanted… She and her coworker friend who kept intervening told me that I was being rude for asking for the shape I wanted and after I asked her to not make my nails shorter, she did it anyways. I did not get upset and just calmly said that I was sorry and didn’t mean to be rude. I started crying a few minutes after that because they really made me feel really gaslit and devalued. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I was going to go back, but I decided that I’m worth better customer service. This place is very haughty! Bad vibes. This was disappointing because I live very close and was planning on going every other week. I found another place pretty much just as close and no abusive behavior from them. Recommend NOT going to this place. I believe the only reason they have a high rating is because they have a small following and give maybe 10% discount if you leave a 5 star review. They are expensive too! I still tipped them because I am not rude nor the person they made me out to be that day. Traumatizing. No thanks. Bye Felicia! Thanks for reading. Love & Light.

In town on vacation and I chipped 2 nails and had to find a place. Got in quickly and done. Friendly staff. Great mani!

Waited 20 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Nails chipped next day. There’s potential here but a lot of improvement is needed

I went after work with a friend and I totally regret that decision. We both got massage based pedicures. Neither one of us got any kind of massage. The nail techs rushed through our service, but it wasn't busy at all. They rushed so much, and they didn't preppy the nails for polish. There was still lotion on mine, so the polish didn't dry and is still soft. There was no need to rush. I'm super disappointed and won't be going back.

The Techs range from young and fresh to older and less personable. There is a tech there for each type of person. The ladies who did my mani pedi today were older and took their time - which I preferred. Come prepared for a variety of different personalities, but good service and beautiful results. It was a mother-daughter day for me and my 7 year old. It was quiet, relaxing, and accommodating.
Heads up - they are no longer honoring the 10% tip for new customers I found on Yelp.

I absolutely LOVE this salon. I fly into Phoenix a couple times a year for work and I always schedule a spa pedicure while I'm there. I can't get them like this at home!

This is my first time here to get my pedicure and my technician was absolutely amazing. She asked me questions on how I like my pedicure done and recommended different colors. She was absolutely amazing I highly recommend this place plus it's clean and sanitary
