Century Health Care NP, Surprise AZ

I was a consistent customer. I was Michelle’s client and my husband was also. I just called for a re-fill was told I was a different dr.s client when I wasn’t ever anyone else’s client. I was also told I now need to pay a $60 fee for a re-fill I’ve never paid once since being a client. I was also just told I’m no longer there client because Jessica left there office! I get all my hormones care from them and just like that I can pound sand. I was told I need to find a new provider when I’m on hormone medications that can cause side effects if not consistently on my hormone medication. Fair warning for anyone who goes here apparently all there clients aren’t important! Be aware this is ridiculous and completely unprofessional to say the least.
