Century Theaters at Tucson Marketplace

Our family went to see black widow on Friday night and the theater was really hot, after complaining, nothing was done still, we paid lots of money for XD for nothing g to be donev.

Went here to see a movie on a whim.place was super crowded and the concession was very pricey and confusing. Half of the drink dispensers had no ice or were limited on flavors. No refill on big popcorn, but you paid the same price as if there were a refill. The whole concession seemed poorly organized and messy. Probably wont go back.

Places very clean very safe and joyed the movie with my Children my favorite part is that you can order before you get there and it's brought to your seats you can order your tickets and your food there

Soda was flat.icee machine did not work and there was water all over the floor. Then staff dident even ask us if we wanted to join there rewards club. Movie was to start at 9: 45 but dident start til 10: 10.

I enjoy going to the movies, try to see the new movies as they release. This is my favorite local theater and gets a 3.5 star rating. The employees are friendly and the theaters and bathrooms are usually clean. What lowers the score is things like the icee machine not working most of the time, or the soda machine needing either co2 or syrup constantly and when you pay the high end prices for something you would like to enjoy during the movie and end up wasting time chasing down someone or overpay for a tasteless soda you feel ripped off. The popcorn is usually fresh, I have never had an issue with it. The arcade has a few games to play, and always in decent working order. Over all not a bad place to enjoy a movie just test the soda first.

The best way to experience a move is at Cinemark Theatres. The XD and reclining chairs are like no other theater in town. The customer service and cleanliness (COVID-19) regulations top-notch.

As always, we really like this theatre. The entrance to the theatre is confusing, but after a few times we figured it out. Good service as well.

Movie theater itself isn't bad. But the XD theater was very small and the staff at the coffee bar was very rude. Stood at the register for six and a half minutes already late formy movie, and out of the five staff I saw behind the coffee bar nobody even acknowledge me. Nobody helped me so I just walked away. Won't come back here unless I have no other choice.

The theaters are well laid out, so all but the front most seats offer a decent view. The recliner I had recently wasn't working and it was stuck in the upright position. You know what though, it was comfortable enough.

Coming in as an out of state visitor, this movie theater blew our minds! We don't have the open consession stands like this place does! The employees were a touch slow, but very nice!

Comfortable seats, good prices on Tuesdays, and good popcorn. House of the theater is very clean.

The theater features big comfortable reclining seats and you can reserve them ahead of time. A welcome alternative to regular movie theaters where the seats are cramped and you have to show up early and fight the crowd to get a good seat. The location is clean and staff are always courteous. Definitely a better moviegoing experience.

Nice, clean theater with friendly staff and loads of snack options. It has the comfy, reclining seatsn D-box and whatever that super sound and color theater is called lol. Prices for food are astronomical, but standard in comparison to other movie theaters.

Best movie theater! Comfy seats, great service and you choose where you sit on a computer. The snacks are still very expensive and they banned big purses and backpacks! Put as much as you can in a regular purse and your pockets! Just don't try to bring a lil Caesars in there.

The fantastic staff at this location have given us back a place to go to the movies! Our group of kids have some unique needs to look after and this theater has always gone above and beyond our every expectation to be able to give us a fantastic experience each and every time.
And did I mention Starbuck's? Because that's about the most incredibly good idea ever.

The chairs are comfortable and if you sit in the middle you're not having to squeeze past people uncomfortably! We went once and the chair was broken so management moved our seats and gave us a free visit for the future! We were happy with being moved but I feel they went above and beyond
