Originally gave a 5 star review as they pressure you to leave a review right after purchase, literally call and ask for one. DO NOT use their recommendation of EQUI PRO for GAP Insurance. Nothing, was explained about the insurance and was rushed to sign the doc as I assumed (my fault) that they would recommend a reputable business, I was wrong (EQUI PRO has 1 star rating with BBB). Now I still owe $7k for a totaled vehicle.

I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you that my husband and I had a great shopping experience there. A young man by the name of Robert Kirkwood was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions we were very pleased with him. Its good to know that there
is good people like him in this world.

They found me a great vehicle with great coverage and provided the service for me to get to the dealership as well. Walked in to test drive a car I'd seen on their site and see what I could get for my car as trade in. Mike was very helpful and made the process smooth and quick, ended up coming back to trade in and take the car after test driving a few other models around the valley. Great service and very happy with the car.

William Wallace was very friendly, personable, and professional in our car-buying experience with him. He made sure that we read everything before we signed. He helped us save money through listening to our concerns but also making sure we were secure with our purchase.

Collin provided the best customer service we have received from anywhere in a long time. He managed to squeeze us in for a last minute oil change as well as allow us to change the time, due to our meeting running late. He called us an uber while our oil was being changed to where we needed to go, and by the time we returned the car was ready. Thank you Collin for making a usually unenjoyable errand seemless and a great experience.

Although I wasn't there to purchase a $50k vehicle, I did take possession of a 2003 BMW 330i in immaculate condition. I feel like they gave me the the same courtesy and attention as they would any other customer, with a lengthy test drive, answers to all my questions and finance if I needed it. Craig, the sales associate, Peter, a fellow Brit and David all made me feel as important as any other client. I would definitely refer them to friends and family.

Jamie Herbranson did a wonderful job providing personalized and comfortable service. Even brought the car out of the show room so we could take a test drive. This was the first dealership we went and first car we test drove, but after trying three other dealerships and test driving four other cars, we came back to Jamie to purchase. Great experience!

As usual, Chris and Mike took care of servicing my wifes vehicle for me. Anytime I have a question, Chris does everything he can to help me out. I bought a vehicle from Chris earlier this year and he honored a service that he promised. True man of his word. Mike Miller from service is also amazing to work with. He is straight to the point and has excellent customer service.

Jesus was great to work with. He followed up when needed and found us the car we were looking for. Travis worked to get us a good financing rate and moved us quickly through the signing process. We hate going in to dealerships, but they did a good job not putting pressure on us and at least they try to make the experience as pleasant as posssible.

They were flexible about the appointment time as I had to cancel thrice. Ryan was very friendly and could immediately connect with what we were looking for. He patiently recorded all our requirements and guided us to the car lots for a test drive. The dealership has a wide variety of cars to select from and the staff are very patient and pleasant.
