12When to return a part I didn’t need and get another part for my vehicle and they end up giving me part for the wrong year terrible service and rude staff
Called about period correct hood for a classic truck. The person on the phone was disinterested in helping or listening. Once I explained the variation in makes he spoke over me and continued to rush me into buying what they had it stock. I will NEVER use them for any future purchases.
They had the part I was looking for at a great price always take the part out of the box and look at it I learned my lesson on that mine looked like it was used to play soccer with it was all dented up the shop that I was using had to do alot of work to get the dents out of it before they could even paint it the people that work in the back of Certifit should have a little more respect for the product they sell
Good prices. Not the best staff but some are very nice. They are always busy.expect to be in the store at least 1 hour waiting for parts

Poor customer service over the phone and in person. Wouldnt wanna help nor let me talk. Never will use this part store ever!
This has been one of the best places I've been that offers great customer service. Super easy to make purchases. Walk in give them your vehicle information and the name of part you are looking for. They put in the order, and someone brings it to the front, pay for it that's it.
For anyone who needs body parts for there car after an accident or a restoration job, these guys got it! These guys are also sending the same parts to bodyshops all over the valley. Any time you call they don't stop in helping you get what you needed, and are so knowledgeable about all makes of vehicles. Why get a use body part when you can get it NEW FROM THEM, AND ALOT OF TIMES CHEAPER THAN A JUNK YARD.
Great customer service and always have what we nwed and if they dont they help you find it needed parts for my 52 jeep willys wagon and they disnt have it so they gave me a couple numbers of where to go for them
Counter man is efficient cheerful and bilingual. He was great. When parts came up bumper was too deeply scratched and have to wait a week for a good one. Also when we got home one of the parts was for a 2003 instead of a 2001. Not interchangeable. So we will be bringing that back to exchange. See you then. Front desk is great. Might want to watch parts damage and year numbers in the back.
Non of the panels I've Button for my 2002 Chevy Silverado 1505th I bought me 2 passenger side vendors in order for them to kind of fit you have to mess with the hood I bought in a 2500 HD clip for them yet again is still does not good $600 to J Wray all the panels to kind of fit waist
I normally order the cheeseburger and it's really good but the last few times I've been there the burgers have been burnt to a crisp so I don't think you should go there for the burgers anymore
