Dr Barnett was always responsive and so good and tender with my Old Lady, even when she tried to take his life and live up to Her old Feral ways. He knew my Lady so well and He always cared for Her and me. People at Chandler Gilbert AH were always great and tender.

My pet was treated so well and the staff was amazing. All my questions were answered and the entire experience was top notch, especially the surgery and care they gave me angel Charlie.

Dr Barnett went above and beyond to screen our dog for cancer and recommend next steps, he kept in regular contact with me as we awaited results and helped us get our speciality appointment rushed. We’ve always appreciated how dr Barnett and the rest of the staff Interact with our dog and our cats. During this hard time for us he was even more amazing and I will forever be grateful for his compassion and professionalism. Dr Barnett has always been very patient with all of our questions and takes extra time to talk everything through with us. I highly recommend chandler Gilbert animal hospital.

This is a good vet. I have been going here for 9 years. I recommend talking with Amber the Vet Assistant. She has been there a "very long time". Technician Jordan Lopez he is very professional. Dr. Barnett &
Dr. Tedrow are very good to work with and I trust them with my pets.

The doctors and staff were wonderful while dealing with our testy pup. Could not recommend a better place to take your fur babies!

When I first called to schedule an appointment, the lady who answered the phone was so sweet and informative. Dr. Wales was great with my dog. Her and the vet tech Jordan really listen to what I had to say, and they made me feel at ease. They were very gentle with my dog, and even though he was really scared, they were very patient. This was my first visit, but will make this my new vet! Great staff and clean facility. Highly recommend them.

NEVER take your dog here! If I could rate it a ZERO I would. It is not clean, the staff is rude and it was THE WORST experience. My dog had a cough and they gave me a $1,000 diagnostic estimate and medicine that didn't work. STAY AWAY! They have zero people or dog skills. The office manager has no business being customer facing and was one of the rudest office managers I have ever encountered. Seriously unbelievable.

The exam room was comfortable, they actually had a comfy leather bench. Most vet s have hard benches. The vet and techs were good with my cats too and they took their temperature with an ear thermometer which was less upsetting for them.

The wonderful team at Chandler Gilbert Animal Hospital have been providing veterinary care for our four dogs since we move here six years ago. We love them. They provide fast, friendly, affordable care. I highly recommend them.

This facility and the staff are nothing short of amazing! We first went there when we had to put our rescue cat to rest. They were all so caring and compassionate. We now use them for any veterinarian care we need for our two new rescue cats and we know they are in good hands. We love this place!

Went to this hospital for an annual exam and immunization update for my dog (Jade) for the first time on September 21st. I'm very protective of my her - as is any owner, I'm sure - so I was a bit hesitant simply because of the new environment.
However, I am very happy to say that we all had a pleasant experience. Even my 4lb, anxiety-filled dog seemed comfortable in the arms of the doctor and tech that were both responsible for her care. They were professional, took time to answer all of our questions while providing additional information that I consider to be extremely helpful while considering the possibility of breeding Jade.
I left feeling relieved. But best of all: the visit, the vaccines, and the ear/Heartgard medicine were priced so reasonably well that I actually asked the lady a couple of times to repeat each of the individual costs because I expected it to be so much higher.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Dr. Hawley and her staff are top notch! They are all kind, personable and professional. Being new to the area and not knowing any where to go, I choose them. Dr. Hawley is so kind and loving to my cat, which is very important to me. They always take the time to explain everything to me, and answer any and all of my questions

Absolute lifesavers - they treated our pet with such love and care that I'm not sure he wanted to come home:) Would recommend for anyone looking for a vet who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure your animals are well treated and nursed back to health

Our doggies, Maddie and Milo are a of sweet and energetic duo; and love the staff here. Both Dr. Hawley and Whales, and the rest of the crew, always take such good care of our animals. You can tell that they love what they do love their patients. They are gentle, thorough and professional and always give that little something extra during every appointment. We have full confidence that they are looking out for the best interests of our fur babies.

Let me start by saying I called around to dozens of animal hospitals and couldn't get a single same day appointment for my kitty. I read the reviews on every one I called because I wanted to make sure he received good treatment. While reading the reviews of another vetinary office in the east valley, I read a poor review left by a man that said he took his cat to this hospital and they saved his cat's life. I'M SO GLAD I SAW HIS REVIEW. They made a same day appointment for my cat, within ten minutes of my walking into the office I had been taken into a room, the vet tech came in to evaluate and get info, and the vet had come in immediately after and evaluated and told me my cat was dying because of a blocked urethra! I am 100% convinced that if I had taken him to the emergency vet I'd taken him to previously, he would have died. Dr. Wells and the vet tech Jessica were AMAZING. I cannot express my gratitude at their care and concern for myself and my cat. They gave me honest recommendations and saved my cats life. I've been singing their praises since the day I took him in. I've recommended them to every person within earshot, convinced my mom (who lives in Casa Grande) to take her dogs here, and will never go anywhere else. Amazing doesn't begin to describe ALL of the staff at this facility. They were reasonably priced, even though they could've price gauged me in my desperation they did not! They have a customer for life!

Took my dog there and when they told me she was dying no one cared and I left as though they were mad at me and my family for even crying. Took my other puppy there to get something out of her nose (it was a twig) they charged my dad and didn't remove it. He left with the twig still in her nose and she was sneezing blood. When he got home he removed it with a nail clipper. How hard was it that they couldn't do it? !? How Useless can a doctor be? !? I hate this place when I pass by it I cringe.

Amazing veterinarian. Great prices and exceptional service. Had gone to Oasis animal hospital for years until they couldn't get my dogs in after a fight between the two of them and they wouldn't get me in for 2.5 weeks. Lack of loyalty caused me to look elsewhere and found this place and will go here from now on. I live a block from Oasis and will not take my dogs back.

I can't believe this vet got such good reviews. Maybe in the past but lately all they seem to care about is money. Not too much concern for the welfare of the animal. I am taking my pet to another Vet. Are they under new management? I've always had good experiences with this vet. Am very surprised this time.
