The staff is always very helpful and the Doctors are very knowledgeable and great with the animals.

Saved our filly! We brought them a 3 day old filly that was on death’s door. Five days later she was back home healthy and kicking up her heels!

My mare was losing wt cause unknown. Measured steps of blood work, abdominal ultra sound to rule out sand, etc, both of which were normal except for a tiny bit of sand. Next she stayed overnight and a scope for ulcers was done. Her stomach was full of grade 3-4 (severe) ulcers. We formulated a treatment plan and she is starting to eat more after 2 weeks. The communication was mutual and clear. I was very pleased.

From the moment Alexander answered the phone to the end of the visit with Dr. Scott and his assistants I knew we were in excellent hands. My rescue horse doesn’t have a great prognosis because of lack of vet care. Don’t let that happen to you! Call these vets and be the reason your animal lives longer, stays healthier, and is happier!
Alexander heard my situation and made me feel so much better. He was compassionate, kind, professional, and incredibly empathetic. He has such a positive outlook and is fantastic at his job.
Dr Scott was incredible. He understood the situation, delivered unpleasant news with a positive, but realistic approach and took his time explaining all my options. I know that going forward, if there is any chance at saving this kind soul of an old horse, that he is with the right team. Please don’t hesitate to call them! I highly recommend!

Very attentive to my dogs needs. Clean and friendly staff. Wait wasn't more than 10 mins. Busy place. Wish I had doggy insurance though! Price of animal care can be costly. But love my furbaby!

I've used Chaparral for more than 25 years. They are qualified, caring and friendly. They have worked very well with me for the past few years keeping my elderly cat healthy. They are wonderful and I am glad they do all that they do for me and my Izzy.

We had to attend a family funeral in Wyoming. We left my husband's rope horse and had family taking care of him. He feel ill. We called our local vet from Wyoming to check our horse. After examination she sent our horse immediately to Chapperal Equine. Our family rushed our horse to Chapperal and were met by staff at midnight. They were courteous and very efficient. Dr Minuto after examining our horse called us with a course of treatment and estimated cost. They were the best equine facility we have worked with. Clean state of the art clinic. Amazing staff. We felt so lucky to have Chisom (Gunslinger) taken there and treated.

We've been taking our kitties to Chaparral for 3 years and it's one of the best vets we've used. Their staff in professional, caring and very friendly. The vets are great too. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Cave Creek/North Phoenix area.

The entire staff is great we have our standard poodle named Annie as a client there for a few years everybody's cool Annie loves going there

Very caring vet office. I had made appointment for one dog but took two in since one got sick the night before. They took her in as well and spent time with both my dogs.

This is the second time I have taken my horses to CVMC for hospitalized treatment and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The office staff are friendly, quick and attentive. The back clinical staff are amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Souza this week (traveling Vet from Texas) who was excellent at diagnosing and treating my horse immediately from a rattlesnake bite. She followed us over the holiday weekend, kept me up to date with progress, and allowed me to visit even though they were swamped. The entire staff is courteous, friendly and on top of the latest and greatest in medical care. I recommend them highly!

I took my stallion to be gelded as we thought he was a crypt orchid but it turned out one testicle was just small and hiding.

I couldn't have asked for better care from the entire staff.

I had an emergency call this morning- Dr. Kesyer came out to stitch up my horse. We agreed she would keep in contact as I had to leave for work. She never followed up with me on what the diagnosis was with my horse. I have her on camera that she was still at my house when I checked in an hour and a half later. She continued to yell and argue that she had already left my house and wouldn’t come back to change out antibiotics that my vet prefers. I appreciate the timely response on the emergency call, but unfortunately I will not be using them again. I would rather haul an hour south to my vet next time because of his excellent customer service, professionalism and his kindness. I was not impressed with Dr. Kesyer and how she handled the situation.
