Edit: it sucks can’t get good wifi here. The Rent is ridiculous. Management is horrible.

Parking for visitors is dificult to find if your family/friends living towards the back of complex.
Will get car towed if parked in non-visitor parking or on side of road for more than 45min.

Is there a predatory towing business going on here? Whatever you do when you visit this park you pull into the driveway of where you are visiting. You won’t even be inside for 10 minutes before your car is gone. 150 bucks to get your car back. Faded signs on select light poles throughout the park, but if you missed the signs as you enter… beware! It’s marked right as you pull off a busy road so could be missed especially if you have someone behind you and are distracted trying to orient where you are as you enter the park.

Honestly would not recommend this place to Anyone. Management is the worst. They constantly shut off the water, sometimes with warning sometimes not, to perform maintenance. Only half of the trailer park is lit, and they have the most ridiculous regulations. They've asked families to remove patio sets, plants, and they constantly are towing people's cars even if it's technically on their property. They approved us to put a toolshed up, but decided afterwards that we couldn't unless it was the same color and material as the mobile home. They also allegedly made tenants switch their curtains if they did not match if they are visible to the public. There's often loose dogs so beware and also kids in the street at night that you have to be extra careful about when driving since the roads are so poorly lit. There's a lot of annoying drivers that like to rev their engines at 2am and parties well past midnight in the middle of the week, but I guess its more important to make sure the grass is trimmed and houses match their stairs according to mangement. Spoke with one of the receptionists today and she's as rude as they say. She has a bad attitude and I can't image having to converse with her about anything that might actually be important without some kind of conflict. It's also very expensive here for a mobile home park, so you don't even get the benefit of a reasonably priced homes for the poor quality you'll sustain in this park. Also the no wifi thing is absolutely true. This place only takes viasat which is also expensive for the wifi quality and speed of a potato.

Great place to live IT IS expensive for what you get you could easily afford a house with the fees and they DO NOT have Internet so you have to get satellite which SUCKS.

This place is great for Hoarders, they're trying to cover up how nasty it is in the back of the building but it's pretty easy to access, just take the canal on Baseline road that runs down to Hardy drive. You can only access the canal on foot.

Edit: it was Awsome Until our home burned down our three dogs certified emotional support animals died in the fire and it was all because of the horrible manager Marcy she harassed us about our property for 10 months before all the while we cleaned and fixed everything our home was beautiful but we where exhausted die to the extreme stress that ended with us fighting for our lot #330 in an eviction the judge dismissed it we won then the mangement continued to harrass us about our dogs gate area that met all of the requiremnts and looked beautiful tired and stress we continued to try to fix this until January 19th whenthe fire happend in the early hours of the morning my boyfiremd being exhausted mentally and emotionally was not capeable of getting the dogs out because of the fatigue of everything we had been going through for 10 months prior! Then even better we got another 14/30 and eveiction after the fire while having to seift throught the remains of our home and while we where in contant agoney because we lost everything in the fire and even our most important Our childeren our dogs where our children and they died a horrible fiery death it was not from smoke inhalation since it was a flash fire they burned and the park had no mercy on us Now we live in a hotel trying to get enough courage to just not end it all from day to day and the best part is we even paid the 7,000 + to have the trailer removed which would not have been needed if we where not promised by them that we could have a new trailer moved onto that lot where our boys played and where they passed chaperelle village took everything from us and they had no compassion while doing so at all worst part is now after living there for 7 years we cant even get another place to stay because we got and eviction do not move here this is not a one time occurrence these people are money hungry and you will regret moving here they will take all of your sense of security and stomp on it like your a cockroach and then laugh about it behind your back they do not care and the best part is you cant even get any internet here unless it is satellite or hotspot and in this day in age you need internet so do not buy a house here especially on lot 330 3 dogs died there in a horrible painful way there people are evil and you will regret it!

I don't like this place because too much fighting and it's loud you always hear motorcycles and there are alot of people getting bullied.

I attempted to contact them about purchasing a 3 bed 2 bathroom but never heard back, filled out their online forms and called and left a voice mail.weeks have gone by with out even an email or phone call back.

If you want to pay $1,200 worth of rent this is the place to be, there is absolutely no WiFi.the rent is absolutely ridiculous I’d rather own a house myself and pay less.

This place is a dump you cant have pets and if you have something laying on your yard you get kicked out and go to court

This place is ok.but i personally will not recommend anyone to buy here management sucks.and the community has no internet at all.the owner of this mobile home park has no interest in getting internet for the community.i regret buying here.management will not do anything when you report a problem. To many cats all over the place.seriously dont buy here.

Management is slow on repairing under warranty you have to constantly call them, The people don’t follow the rules, neither your lot area specially kids/teenagers, cars speed all the time, teenagers fighting in the area, plus Loud neighbors, they playing music for the block till 11pm on weekday

First buying a home here will be the biggest mistake of your life. Management does not honor the rules and is currently in breach of contract in matters of health, safety and children are obviously allowed to run around and drink alcoholic beverages. When reporting thing to the management they say they will try and nothing is ever done because they don’t follow through. If you’re a rule breaker, this is the place for you!
