Today I had worst customer service experience with sales agent Tarek. I took my family to test drive X7 and Tarek (sales agent) greeted us at the door. He said he doesn't have an X7 on location to test drive but he mentioned there is one vehicle available at near by lot. But he asks me if I came there to buy the vehicle tonight if brings it. To that I answered no and told him that I am there for the test drive and to check leg room for my kids etc, then he refused to bring the vehicle to show us until he gets the confirmation that I buy the vehicle. He also asked me if I owned a BMW before. Me and my wife cannot believe what just happened and left the location feeling insulted and extreme disappointed. I hope Tarek gets necessary training on how to treat customers. I also reported this to sales manager. I will take my business else where I can get better customer service.

I've had 4 BMWs in the past, all purchased at different dealerships across the country. This was my first experience at Chapman BMW Chandler and Loc Duong delivered on all fronts. He was honest, friendly, direct and made the everything seamless in finding me a tough to get M performance vehicle. Loc was 100% focused on developing a relationship with me versus just making a sale - that makes on the difference. I recommend this dealership and Loc without hesitation.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Andre Sims. I loved the urgency and motivation he gave us in finding the perfect family vehicle. We were not there for a BMW but we were treated extremely well. I would highly recommend Andre to anymore looking for a great car buying experience.

If you are looking for a BMW you need to get in touch with Loc. Loc guided me through the BMW build process and it was amazing. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

DO NOT ORDER A NEW CAR FROM HERE! What do you get when you give them a $1,000 deposit for their first 2021 M3 allocation 16+ months ago? Answer: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! They took my allocation to sell someone else a car and then ordered the completely wrong car for me. Like they say, there is no honor among thieves, and that’s exactly what they are - thieves. They will take your money and what is far more important.your time. Now I’m sure I’ll get my deposit back or should I say maybe after writing this review? What’s worse is than the money is the opportunity cost of trying to work with their sales manager, Steven Foster, which was an utter disaster. He has no attention to detail and is entirely inconsiderate when it comes to other people’s time and money. Steven didn’t even bother to call me to explain what had happened or to apologize for the mistake. A mistake which could have been easily avoided if my ordered had been confirmed before it was built rather than leaving it to me to discover the mistake when the car is sitting at the port in Germany waiting to be shipped. I’m sure if I had ordered a car from anywhere else but Chapman BMW, I would probably already be driving it. Steven, thanks for ruining by dream of owning a brand new M3 anytime soon.

Made an appt, showed up 10 minutes early-then waited over 2 hours to get an oil change. Ridiculous.

I was able to pick up my new keys within 48 hours. The technician called me as soon as the key was delivered. Excellent service!

When you need authentic BMW parts, give Eric Francis a call at the parts department, Chandler BMW. Eric actually managed an indy BMW repair center for over 9 years, so he is much more than just a salesman. I like to work on my cars myself, and he has provided sound advice on many different occasions. He is excellent!

Shane and JJ are nothing short of amazing! Easiest process I’ve ever had. Excited to be part of your family!

Besides the cost of a replacement key, misstating the parts dept hours, and allegedly calling me when my order arrived (but I didn't receive the call, according to my call history) I would be okay with this place. But it's the fact that the key I ordered is missing the back screw cover and came that way. $300 for a key and it doesn't come complete?

Great experience! Service Advisor Tony Desalvo was great to work with and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Car needed a recall issue addressed that I was even award existed. Tony had that issue resolved and when I came to pickup the car it was washed and ready to go!

I had a great experience at Chapman. They really do try to get you the best possible deal. Andre did a great job. I love my new car:) The only thing is that they do shuttle their cars back and forth to their other dealership, which can be an inconvenience especially when you are trying to look at a particular vehicle. My advice is to call ahead of time, EACH time, you go before you drive there.

It is a pleasure getting my car serviced at Chapman BMW! Andy Rummell ALWAYS gives amazing customer service and is a great service adviser. I highly recommend this dealership and Andy. You will NOT be disappointed!

Salesperson was terrific but certain charges in the sales contract raised suspicions.
The first was charging me for the certified automobile prep. I would think that would be included in the sales price of the car. The second was charging me for window tinting. They said that they add this to every car.
Something suspicious here.

"Sorry, there was a confusion on the pricing. " Really? !? ! How convenient. So there was a black Camry SE at the Camelback location. Chandler location had a whie Camry SE. Was told they would match the price of the black Camry. Couple days later my gf is told there was a confusion on the pricing.
