Aaron was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and had great communication. I had a lot of work done on my car and it didn’t take too long at all. My car was so clean when I picked it up also. Thank you!

Justin P.was awesome with the whole buying process. We initially ordered a car, but was taking a little longer than expected. We found a car that we liked and Justin worked his magic to close the deal for us. He is professional, knowledgable, and simply a good guy. Go see Justin if you need a new BMW. Thanks Justin.

As someone who has purchased a dozen new cars, including 4 BMWs, Chapman BMW sets a new low bar. The salesman Dylan G.did a good job of communicating and closing the deal smoothly, 4.5 stars for him. But the finance officer Julio M.gave me wrong information from the start and hadn't a clue about something as basic as how to register the vehicle. Then the sales manager Paul B.got involved and made things worse by feeding me all kinds of wrong information. When I escalated to the General Manager, he responded with "it is the customer's responsibility to get the car registered. " Really, that's your attitude after I spend $100K? BMW of North America states that their goal is to provide a "premium buying experience. " Not at Chapman BMW. It took 3 full months of avoidable run-around to get it registered.
Out of state buyer beware.

I received 5 star service with Linda Daub at Chapman BMW on Camelback. Linda has been incredibly helpful and I absolutely love my BMW X3 M40i.

Update - Removed one star due to disappointing junk mail marketing tactics for an extended service warranty. The tactics include making it look like something important (Your Response To This Notice Requested) and creating an artificial deadline to respond. It's not enough that I bought the car there and pay to have it serviced there, but they need to have me call someone so they can try to sell me on a service plan and squeeze out a few more dollars? I understand and respect the stream of trade-in offers and service coupons over the years. It makes sense. Even offering service contracts is fine too. Just don't treat me like an idiot. It sends the message that they're dishonest and I don't want to do business with someone who aims to trick me into something with b.s. Marketing. Everything I've said below is still true, but this is still a car dealership and nobody's perfect, apparently.

I both bought a car from this place in 2015 and have had it serviced here as well as the Chandler location. I did as much of the buying process as possible over the internet and they were easy to deal with. They didn't talk down to me or play games. The car's had no problems over that time and I've never had a problem with the service department either. It's easy to make an appointment online, show up, meet with the advisor, get into a loaner, and take off. They send a video when they do their inspections and speak to me like I'm an intelligent adult (regardless of the reality). I'm at the point of paying for service out of warranty now, which isn't much fun, but it's been worth it so far. They know what they're doing with the car and they've been straight with me about it. I appreciate that and look forward to (hopefully) several more years of use out of the car. If you're in the market for a car in the 30's to low 40's, then I'd still recommend checking this place out if you like any of the entry level cars. I was in that budget and went this route with an X1 because I liked the car (E84 rear wheel drive version) and because there's an overall better service experience then there would be with a volume dealer. That's something you have to live with too over the life of a car.

Aaron has been taking care of me for years - Best Service Advisor you can find. This trip I was in and out in 45 minutes for an oil change. You cannot beat that!

Had a difficult experience trying to get the car registered at first since there was some confusion with me and the salesman about out of state registration, but Shane the GM really came through and took care of the issue. Great customer service from him!

Great experience at with Brody and mechanic. Brought X1in for fuel smell. The walk around video by mechanic clearly showed 2 other unrelated issues. Fixing these 2 items for a few hundred dollars saved me potentially thousands of dollars if not addressed.

Got my brand new BMW from this dealership so easy to work with ray and giuseppe they were wonderful I would go back to this dealership 10/10 would recommend
