I have a 2021 Ram 2500 Diesel with 27,000 miles. We were camping on the rim with our 5th wheel when our engine wouldn't start. Finally had it jumped and drove it directly to Chapman Auto Centers in Payson. The service advisor was Paul Williams, who was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He told me it would be three to four hours to have the issued diagnosed. That was fine, and I walked over to a neighboring restaurant.
Paul's, estimate on time was right on. While I waited every employee that walked by said hello, and asked if I needed anything. Wow, did they make me feel special!
I just wanted to say what a great job Paul Williams and the service manager Dan did for a complete stranger to their dealership, THANK YOU. I highly recommend these guys!

We always get great service at Chapman's. We just bought our 3rd vehicle from them. That about says it.

We were travellng in a rental car. The tire pressure sensor went off. Stopped at their service center and was immediately directed to a service bay and assisted by a smiling employee who resolved our issue.
Would reccomend thd dealship highly.

I bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from John German this week. I thoroughly appreciated John ‘s low pressure sales strategy. He was very helpful before and after the sale showing me everything I had questions about. I felt like he was very honest about everything we talked about regarding the transaction.

I recently visited for the tire event. I was informed in order to get the deal I had to have them installed at Chapman. (ugh). Reluctantly I agreed, Upon return of my vehicle the front driver side wheel had two bolts left finger tight. While the rest of wheels were cranked down (I did not check psi while I was loosening them I wish I would have for this reviews sake). I was asked, if my Jeep needed an alignment would I like purchase it? I said sure, at pick up I was given a snap shot of the alignment and was told this is where it is at. I asked the sales tech where the before alignment snap shot was (like most reputable shops would provide) and he was not able to provide one, stating, " I don't know this is all the mechanic gave me". I can only assume my alignment was fine and I paid the alignment fee for nothing. I doubt mounting the tires during this event pays very well considering how discounted the tires are. So these practices are used to save time and make your techs extra money. I will be back for the tire event, its a great deal; but buyer beware on the additional services! (EDIT: After I seen the response, I looked at the alignment sheet and it reads at the bottom, "Action Recommended: None" So based on this, the alignment charge is charged once the vehicle hits the machine whether an alignment is needed or not. There is a range that is acceptable and if the machine says its acceptable, no effort will be made to get your alignment more centered in this range, but you will be charged the full alignment cost for the shop time to check.

I would not recommend taking a vehicle here for any maintenance. Had some issues with work they performed on my car previously but was handled fairly well then. Recently though had an awful experience. I took my truck in for a simple oil change, while this was preformed my truck seat got a 5 inch tear. Initially had a manager tell me that it must have already been there and they didn’t do it. After I had the employee who had taken my truck back tell them it wasn’t torn when he checked it in they changed their tune and agreed to have it looked at by the head manager to see where we would go from there. That gentleman was not available that day so I was told I would receive a phone call in the next couple of days. It’s been over a month and have called them 5 times and still nothing has been done. I’m not even mad about the seat I already stitched it up but the service was utterly insulting.

We recently purchased a slightly used Cadillac CT5 from Chapman/Payson. We were actually looking for a x-over when we spotted the CT5. After talking to a salesman (Wilson Rodgers) and reconsidering our choices we came back for a test drive. Before making a decision, we went back to Phoenix to test drive our other choices. In the end, we negotiated a price and purchased the car. During the process Wilson seemed more concerned that this car was what we wanted and that we would be happy with it, than just trying to make another sale. So far, we are satisfied with the transaction and extremely pleased with the car. I'm a car guy, so I don't make recommendations on what or where to buy, but this has been the best dealership I've ever delt with.

On 12/5/2022 I purchased a used 2015 cruze diesel. They said the car was checked out and a oil leak was fixed. Shortly after purchased (1 week) the thermostat went out which I fixed. Then I noticed the oil leak was not fixed. Now 01/07/2023 2 months later it's in the shop. All cylinders are 100 to 120 psi under pressure and they said engine failure. I put all my savings into buying this car from a reputable dealer and now I am screwed. Also the shop said the fuel lines had been messed with and clamped together with a brass fitting and not professionally. This should have been caught when it went through Chapman's shop.
