Buyer Beware! I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 with almost 18,000 miles. Three weeks later I was having mechanical issues I called the dealership they referred me back to my extended warranty although I had just purchased the car. Upon inspection of my vehicle it was brought to my attention that my tires are from 2014 and have dangerously low tread the car is a 2016. I went into the dealership spoke to the GM George that informed me had he replaced the tires he would have raised the price. Then informed me that two other shops were incorrect and just wanted to sell me tires. This vehicle was sold to me with safety issues! I was informed they have a safety inspection protocol given the shape of my vechile that is concerning. He directly told me he would not replace the tires. My salesman and finance department were excellent!

Purchased a vehicle back in August and Rubrn the sales guy was great. The rubber seal on the driver's door was melting in this Arizona heat. Ruben stated they would order new stripping for me and replace it at no cost. Haven't heard nothing since. Came in today and Gina out Ruben is no longer with the company and nobody knows anything about replacing the stripping. The guy says I have nothing in writing and hasn't even pulled up my fie. Of vouse the went back on their word. Would never recommend this place for business unless you want lies and underhanded business

My daughter purchased a car from them as we sit there for days, listening to a man saying he was not going to put her in something that was gonna break down with the 14 days happen to be the second day and she tried to return it they keep giving her the run around and now say there’s nothing they can do I pray Nothing happened like this to his daughter because karma is B

Do not trust these scammers with repairing your car! It was supposed to be 30 days, went over 60 days where I called and was constantly told there was no one available to talk to me. Fast forward, $4000 worth of “work” and I found out that they repaired it COMPLETELY WRONG - costing me an additional $5000 worth of repair/damage! They RUINED my car! Do not trust these scammers, they will NOT repair your vehicle to quality - shoddy work, takes forever, unresponsive. Ruined my car and now I cannot even resell it. Don’t get taken advantage of like I did.

Genuinely helpful and nice. I will recommend to my friends who are shopping for a car. The employees are very nice and down to earth. They don't talk to you like you're stupid and they don't pressure you into anything like other dealers. They are not fake like other sales people. The best part was there was NO back and forth. No writing a million numbers and equations on a stupid paper and taking it back to "talk to their manager" twenty times just to come back hours later with totally different numbers from the banks. They made sure to help me without keeping me there for hours on end. If you have to go through the pain staking task of buying a car, these guys at least make the experience a bit more pleasant.

Found the car online and went to test drive it. So far so good. The sales guy was friendly and did all he could to make sure we are happy. Went inside and sat down while waiting for the paperwork with the total out the door. The price jumped by at least $5k from the asking price. $1350 for inspecting the car and detailing, $700 for tint…and other charges. Isn’t the dealership’s duty to inspect and clean the car? Once I mentioned I want to pay cash and not willing to pay for the other charges, the manager showed a nasty attitude and told me he doesn’t want my cash and that we’re done here. Worst experience ever! Took my business elsewhere and glad I did! Rating this 2 stars because the sales guy was great but his manager not so much!

Terrible service. Tried to sell a broken used car for twice its worth and tried to sell it with major engine problems worth thousands of dollars.

$10k for a 22 year old Elantra with half the paint burned off by the Sun, scratched up plastic wheel covers and rusty wheels? !? ! Come on, now. Dealers already have a bad name, these guys are perpetuating the stereotype.
I paid $7k for a 268 HP Mecedes E class with the same mileage and it was SIX YEARS NEWER! And the paint was all shiny. Smdh

I had my car serviced in the body shop from a collision - my car came back in perfect condition and they even filled up my gas tank when i brought it in on empty. I got multiple calls per week from Betty with the status of the repairs and they never left me in the dark. I’m so grateful for the team’s work in fixing up my car and keeping me posted throughout the whole process. Thank you to Betty, Anthony, and especially Marcel. You guys are the best.

Do not recommend the auto body side. I took my car in to get estimate on getting repainted and it has been over a week since someone has called me to give me any number. During my appointment they took pictures of my car and said we will call you later, I was there about 10 minutes. 5 minutes waiting on them then 5 minutes to take some pictures and send me on my way. Not good business practice, no customer service at all

I wouldn’t even look this car dealerships way, tried to bait and switch on me, saw a car online thru them scheduled a test drive and car was unavailable. Then the manager tried to sell me something else that wasn’t in my budget and refuted that my decline for the car was because I was too worried about my looks and how I’d look in the car that I originally came in for. Then went on to discuss the matter with other people as if I was the issue. Disgusting, shop elsewhere seriously.

Great people working here and they really take care of their own which I like, nice place to shop with a large variety. Chapman runs a nice operation. Love that they are closed on Sunday's.
