I got into a nasty crash on the I-10 west and DPS contacted this company for the tow, they were on scene about 10 minutes after the incident and immediately started going to work, after we got all the cars off the freeway i was able to get all my valuables out of my car. Kyle is the one who towed my car, him and Roy both helped calm my nerves and get me to laugh about the whole situations as well as giving me advice about how to take care of myself for the next few days. All in all they both made a terrible situation bearable and helped me immensely.

These guys were absolutely wonderful after I broke down on the freeway. Wendy in the office was a doll and the driver who hooked my vehicle was exceptionally. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

Charity towing isn’t so charitable if you ask me. My friend got stranded on the 202 last Wednesday while helping another friend. The car overheated and lost its oil and was towed by DPS off the freeway due to safety concerns.
He missed work to pick the car up, he missed work the next day due to not having a vehicle. His phone was not operating because it fell out of his pocket when he got out of the car on the 202 freeway. With no phone and no car and nobody to help he decided to walk the freeway. The only help he received was from a homeless man at the park. He lent him a phone to use. He called the only number he could remember and no answer. He spent the night on mill ave and got to autozone the next morning for oil and water. He made it back to the car by walking the 202 again until a DPS officer stopped him and helped him to his car. The battery had died. DPS didn’t have time to wait. The officer left to help a fire fighter getting assaulted.
With water and oil and now a dead battery he waited. The DPS officer did not come back. So, he again walked the 202 to get a jumpstart. While walking he was stopped again by the same DPS officer. The officer contacted the dps roadside assistant truck they could not get the car started and condemned the vehicle and said it needed to be towed.
With no other option given to my friend he was forced to let them tow the vehicle. They said it’d be $175 for the tow. He did not have the money to pay right away so they let the tow truck driver from Charity towing take his car. He wa not able to get to work the next day or the next day due to the lack of a vehicle.
I finally gave him a ride to get his car today in east Phoenix at Charity towing. 3027 S 45th st. Right next to Kwiktow. It is a police/ mcso shared tow yard. They demanded $$360 to release the vehicle
even after hearing what’s happened to him. With no other option but to accept the help from
DPS, he is now possibly without a job, without a car and without any money supposed to come up with $360 to get his car out of the tow yard where they continue to charge daily fees.
Many things could have been done to prevent this possibly, but such is life. When life is hard, Charity Towing is there to make it even harder. Thanks Charity Towing, you really stand out above the rest. You are lower than Kwiktow

Worst customer service of all time! Don't waste your time on this company if you are in dire need of a tow. I called for quote and booked a tow. The guy I spoke to at 1: 44pm on 11/14/21 said he would have his driver call me but the never called. Then had the audacity to cough up an attitude with me for constantly calling in hopes of an ETA on his driver. After 2.5 hrs of no call or ETA.

I decided to call a different towing company. I am so glad I did because Thompson towing came in 6 mins after booking with them. 6 mins and half the cost of what Charity Towing quoted! They were every nice and helpful whereas Charity Towing treated me like I was a bother. Shame on you Charity Towing!

I never received a call back from Charity at all.

Go elsewhere if you need to be towed. You will only be frustrated and let down by this horrible company.

Better prey these pirates don’t get called after you’ve been taken to the hospital after an accident. I had something that my father had made me that had been hanging from my rearview mirror for over fifteen years stolen by these thieves.

Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Was told to come in Saturday at 10am to come pick up my car but when you call them they said their closed on Saturdays. No proper communication at all
