Rigo came to replace the cartridges in my Moen shower faucet. One of them was in such bad shape that he had to replace the entire fixture. He stayed well past 5 pm in order to get the job done so we would have use of water to our home and have the shower repaired. Thanks Rigo. You are a life-saver!

I'll start my review of Charity's Plumbing Solutions with, would I recommend them? Absolutely! Here's why. Charity and Rigo are a husband and wife plumbing team. Why is that important? There a family owned business that treats their customers as they would a family member (my experience). From my very first phone interaction I could feel the positive energy through the phone and my in person experience with Charity and Rigo far exceeded that. Living here in Laveen I've used numerous plumbing companies across the valley and they've all paled in comparison. From the very beginning
of my project (toilet tank components replaced X3 and water heater flush), every aspect was clearly explained. The cost, the time and recommendations. The workmanship was quality and there were no traces that Rigo had done any work in my home. He left the areas spotless (amazing). Charity Plumbing Solutions is located in the Laveen area, services the area and broader, but they also SERVE the Laveen area with their community partnerships. Charity's Plumbing Solutions believes in the development of the community and the people within. Now, add the standards one expects in a plumbing company. Rigo is a consummate professional. I know my way around tools, so I have a very good idea about how tradesmen work. Rigo is top notch every step of the way. He did an amazing job changing out my shower faucet (which had ceased working) The valve now works better than it did when we built the house. Charity's Plumbing is first rate all the way.
