4I placed an order online 1 week ago. I called the place because I wasn't able to find it on campus. On the phone I was told they were closed for memorial day. But somehow I was still able to make an order and have my money taken! I was offered a gift card. I said I wanted a refund. It's been 7 days and so far they have given me NOTHING. TOTAL SCAM.just don't waste your time or money.
Legitimately some of the worst service i’ve ever had at a cafe. Workers don’t show up on time so one person will be running it and even then it takes them nearly an hour to bring out a coffee and a panini when there isn’t a long line. I don’t usually do reviews on google but I was so disappointed with the amount of time it’s taken to get a simple order that I feel compelled to. Do not come here.
The coffee here is so good that it has become my standard bar. I compare other cafes with the coffee I have at Charlie's. The baristas are awesome and well trained. JUST LOVE IT.
Everything were just way too overpriced. At first I thought they’re students so I’m not complaining, but the I bite into a burrito with egg shells in it, and it was $10 for such a small piece of food and bad quality… like come on, at least made them good.
