8I had an amazing experience at this store! The workers are super cool and nice! The sales are absolutely INSANE! My mom came into town and we stopped by and we ended up with SO much! Absolutely will be Christmas shopping here! Style is for everyone here, casual- business! No men section though!

Very bad attention, I asked for a scarf that was upstairs and the manager said that they couldn't sell it to me because it was the last one, I mentioned that I wanted the design of which there were two and even so they refused to sell it to me (they probably wanted them there), then when collecting the cashier left a sensor on one of the pants I bought. This was around 4 pm today (Friday, July 28,2023). The detector sounded, I waited at the door and no one came, we also had to run around for someone to open the changing rooms for us because there was no one, right after the people arrived with drinks and they all started drinking them, I understand that they are human too and They need to drink but. There were many things today and I left very unsatisfied, I was about to leave my other items but I needed them.
Very rude employees. No one was rude to me, however I was looking at shirts when a man yelled at this one girl across the store and told her to "get it together" (the nusic is unbelievably loud despite that I could hear him from where I was). Made me very uncomfortable and upset for the girl. Why was he yelling at her like that? I was with my daughter and it made her uncomfortable too. Do the employees yell at each other like that? Very unprofessional.
This store is great and so are most of the workers. All of the workers were great until me and my friend went to check out. Me and my friend had different cashiers. The girl who checked me out charged me for one of their tote bags without asking me. My friend wasn’t asked or charged and receive a regular bag. I mentioned it to her that she charged me for the bag and I never said I wanted it and she didn’t ask me. She looked at me rudely and just said “it’s a gift bag” when I asked why she charged me. Then told me to wait for someone to come up and so I did then she walked over to me with the money the bag cost and said “here’s your refund. Have a nice day” with an attitude. I understand the bag is cheap but I wasn’t asked then was looked at rudely when I brought up her charging me for something I never wanted.
I used to shop here when I was in high school and its definitely changed. The music was loud when we walked in. And I made a comment to my daughter and they literally TURNED IT UP the employees were on their phones at the register.
This store is ABSOLUTELY SHADY! I was there today and got a couple of items. When I got home and saw my receipt, I noticed I was charged for a tote bag that I did not ask for. Since the person in front of me got her stuff in a tote bag as well, I figured this was something the store was doing. However, I called the store to inquire, but the ASM would not release her name and was very rude. It's not about the dollar, it's the principle of the story. How many customers are being charged for an item they didn't request and how much is the company banking? Also, how many times a week, month and year do they do this? As a company, they should feel shameful that they are essentially scamming their customers. Like I said, it may only be a dollar, but the line in this particular store is almost long each time I've gone in and this is money they are not disclosing that is being charged to their customers. Great clothes and prices but EXTREMELY loud music to the point I had to leave the store. My husband asked them twice to turn it down because I am sensitive to loud noises and we couldn’t hear each other but twice they refused. If we could have tolerated the loud noise we would have tried to shop more but it was too much: (
