Friends, I am just like you, new homeowner of a new build, whose a/c unit decided to stop working in the extreme AZ heat of summer. I have 3 kids, pets, and a husband that hibernates at 74 degrees. My unit quit on a Sunday, we called and a technician arrived ontime, explained the problem, said parts were on order, and even attempted (without luck) to get the system back on until the repairs were complete. The house was now over 90 degrees inside, so I checked my family into an overpriced hotel room for two nights, and took time off work for the repairs Monday. I was wrong. My first call for a status update was overwhelming, the rep explained the parts had to be ordered and no ETA was available. I had no clue what to do next. My bank account wasn't ready for additional hotel expenses and my stress level was on overdrive. Then, with my construction management's support, I reached out to Nadia, explained my situation and she engaged the supervisor Michael. Together, they saved the day. They listened and heard my situation, and then went above and beyond to make our home liveable. It took a couple trys, some outside the box thinking, and the genuine compassion and humanity of some good technicians, to get the job done, but the true value for me, is their role in making it possible to bring my family home. As a homeowner, when something as vital as your a/c breaks, homelessness can feel extremely real and way to close for comfort. Thank you for everything, I am beyond grateful for your help.

I’m giving one star for the company and one star for the manager as well as the first tech tech that came to my residence. There was poor communication, they were not efficient, they did not bring me a cooling unit like they said while my AC was out for 6 days in the middle of July here in AZ. I am however giving Jenna five stars ️ ️️️️. She came out the 3rd time and went above and beyond. Was extremely professional and did her job thoroughly. She explained the thermostat, corrected mistakes made by the previous tech, and went over future options for me as well. So thank you Jenna for your great service!

Terrible company. Brand new A/C unit in a new build home. My house can’t get below 80 degrees and Chas Roberts says that’s normal and everything is working fine. What a joke.
