You need to fix your ATM's immediately. Today is the third time I have come to this location and every ATM has some issue. Not open inside either.

We have had HORRIBLE experiences with their business bankers. We own a business and have had multiple occasions where we needed her help to clear up some business banking matters, they never answer their phone and never return our voice mails or emails. We are in turn forced to go through the 800# and wait for hours, during our business day to try and resolve problems instead of working closely with a business banker.

I thank all the workers in this wonderful bank. All those in this bank were very friendly and respectful. Their dealings are very nice and respectful, especially the employee (audrey hammond). She and another employee with her helped me a lot. Thanks again for this wonderful bank and for the successful management️

No one ever answer their phone and their business services are unreasonably slow and non-responsive.

Mistakes are made and you have to pay the price. Letters contain wrong and incomplete information. Type of accounting is confusing, transactions disappear without trace. The whole brand is a disappointment. Even though the bankers are free, the majority of branches in AZ do not attend you without previous appointment no matter how urgent is your business (not even opening an account). The worst bank and customer service you can imagine!

I do all of my business banking through this branch. Never had an issue that could not be resolved within the branch or in a day or so.

What a great bunch of people. The long time employees are great. The younger folks tend to pull answers out of their ***.

Tried to open a business account (already have multiple personal and one business accounts) waited a a hour only for the business banker to tell me they didnt have time to do it and I would need to make a appointment. I called the 800 number and made a request for the manager to call. 3 days of calling and cant get anyone on the phone to even make a appointment. Called the 800 number again and got a supervisor and he is not able to get the bank on the phone. Hes putting in a request to have someone call me back but Im not holding my breath.
Very disappointing.

I like chase bank but I hate going to the branches.

Please note, this isn't just the first time. Every time I go to Chase Branches in the north eastern parts of Mesa. All three branches are the same and it's understaffed but I'll go into detail on this particular Chase Branch.

My debit card is old and machines are starting to struggle to read the strip. So obviously, it's time to order a new card. I tried ordering online but because I recently changed my home address, I needed to go to a branch to replace it and to verify the new address. This is a 5 minute job to order a new debit card.

I went to three branches. Greenfield & Main, Mckellips between Recker & Higley, and Gilbert and Mckellips.

I waited over 30 minutes at Greenfield and Main & Gilbert and Mckellips. I ended up just leaving.

From what I saw, greenfield and main only had one banker helping customers. This is my home branch and it's common to see this. Gilbert and Mckellips had 4 customers ahead of me and only had 2 bankers on shift.

From what I saw, all three branches are understaffed.

Deborah (who is really nice) at Mckellips location between Recker and Higley, I asked her "are you guys understaffed? " She responds that they have 4 bankers and they're just a really busy branch.

She avoided my question but thats okay.

There is no doubt that they're busy but with 4 bankers with 10 empty desks throughout the branch, of course you're busy. I appreciate the professionalism but honesty would've been nice and a straight forward answer. I would've completely understand the circumstances. I would be impressed if she said.

"Yes, currently we're understaffed and we're actually hiring at the moment. If you know anyone with any background in banking or someone who is a really great individual. " This could've turned into a recruiting opportunity to get quality bankers/employees.

Anyways, they're understaffed and it's on full display. Empty desks throughout the branch with only 4 bankers to sustain the rate of customers walking in.

I suggest corporate needs to investigate how and why these three branches are understaffed and what changes should be made so Chase can meet exceptional customer service.

I feel bad for Deborah and all the other bankers working because they are working hard and need more bankers at these three branches to meet the rate of customers walking in.
