5Very disrespectful wasting my time didn’t let me in the right direction. Horrible management.
*Update 05/2022* Going to update this review every month a payment is mishandled so other people will be aware of how extensive this problem STILL is. Over six months, not a single payment has been handled properly.
Do not let anyone at this branch handle an annuity. I have had to contact them almost every single month because of a regularly scheduled deposit not going through when it should. Set for the same date every month, yet every single month it goes in on different days. Sometimes there is as much as a 5-day delay on a SCHEDULED direct deposit. Every single time I'm told the problem is fixed. Yet I'm updating this review months later to share that the problem is still ongoing and despite speaking to numerous people here about the issue, nothing has changed. They still occasionally will write out a paper check, despite my requesting direct deposit, and end up sending it to the wrong address. They may be alright for everyday banking but be VERY cautious letting any of the financial advisors here handle your annuity, maybe shop around first. You have been warned! I truly did not believe it was possible for so many people in one building to be so careless with their job.
Top Notch! The Branch Manager, Johanna, came in to specifically help me with a signature needed on a document. She answered the phone too, which is rare to have such great customer service these days. Will continue to use them!
One of the best Chase branches in Tucson AZ! Everyone at this branch is kind and willing to go out of their way for the customer. Seema Jha is a SAINT! The patience and kindness she showed to my family will never be forgotten! =)
I have been going to this bank since 2004. I even moved from that area and yet, I still go there. Why? Because they are always friendly, they remember your name and go above and beyond to help you! Melissa is my favorite (and has been there as long as I have) and when I come in, it's ALWAYS a delight. Love this bank!
