Refused to cash my (Chase) check and marked it endorsement cancelled. I had to get the check re-issued unnecessarily because people here didn’t know why they were doing.

All I needed was an help opening an account in order to deposit this type of check, something the manager either didn’t know or didn’t want to tell me.

After waiting for a new check, I went and saw manager at a different branch who explained needing an account and he helped me open one.

I even told them I would open an account on my first attempt with all this, but they refused with no explanation that caused me hours of inconvenience due to their their laziness and incompetency.

Whatever manager was working with Donna, they both obviously need more training.

I walked into this location to open a checking account around 3: 30 and the lady at the front desk (Donna) said it would take about 30-45 minutes and they close at 5: 00 so i wouldn’t be able to make an appointment today. First of all, this made no sense to me and second of all her attitude was horrible. She seemed so miserable and she was pretty much useless. I immediately walked out and she made Chase lose a customer. I’m really unsatisfied with the entire experience.

Stopped in to open an account. The teller said Karen will help me. I sat down in her office and she was so rude to me. She acted like she didn’t have the time to open an account for me and that she was all that and a bag of chips. After about 20 minutes of listening to her about Covid she tells me I need something with my new Arizona address on it. Why didn’t she start the conversation with that. I just recently moved here and am awaiting new mail. When I called the 800 number they said my lease agreement would be all I needed. For some reason she would not take it and said it has to be a piece of mail. Totally ruined my day and was a waste of time. I drove over to Wells Fargo and they opened it in 15 minutes and let me deposit cash and a check. My lease agreement was fine at Wells Fargo. Hope you have a better outcome and you don’t have to work with Karen.

I recently took out a loan and bought my condominium through Chase bank. The purchase went through without a hitch, and I was guided through the whole process step by step by the wonderful loan officer at Chase. I cannot speak highly enough of her. In the eight plus years I've dealt with Chase bank, I've always received friendly, helpful service. Great bank!
