Very poor mechanical work. I took my Toyota to have the rear main and front seal replaced. It continued to leak and took it back to Chato so that he could see how it was continuing to leak. He claimed that it didn't appear to leak, however my garage floor is evident of oil leaks and his lack of being honest. He also fails to provide receits of work performed, which is odd, even after I asked him. Be aware!
Overheating car issue. They kept the car for a week never called me it was fixed until I had to go in person.
They claimed it was fixed, so I took it out. Then after 20 minutes driving the car got overheated again!
I took the car back and denied service, stating to bring the car next week since they were busy with something else.
Very Unprofessional, lack of communication and time management skills.
Went at 8: 10 am they open at 8 no one was there spoke to someone on Saturday about coming in at 8 am the next Monday. Just wasted my time
They had my car ready the same day. I was not expecting that, for they were other vehicles ahead of mine.
Chatos changed wheel bearings on our car during a cross country trip. We were able to get the service done right away so no delays. Good work at very fair price. Recommended.
