Move here if you like psychotic HOAs and people stopping their car to gape into your garage. It's Paradise!
Whether you are buying or renting, please trust me when I say to look elsewhere. It's quite a shame that such a nosy few can ruin the living experience for the entire community. Time to rethink your priorities before you make these units unsellable.
