As always excellent food and service, they just opened a bar three weeks ago with a good selection of craft beer.

This is our first time at this place. The food is great and fresh. The staff checked on us like 5 times to make sure we were okay. I highly recommend it and I recommend the Inferno Sandwich. This place will not disappoint, trust me.

I rated it a 2 because of the way an employee handle a concern from a customer. I get that they are teenagers but the employee could have acknowledged his concerns without the attitude. Teenagers are people too.

Got a chance to walk-in and get take out. The cashier was super friendly and the wait was pretty quick. I like the amount they have cause even though it was busy, I didn't feel overcrowded.

Asked the guy at the front counter what his go to was and he said “Pinner” and told me what was in it. Excellent recommendation. Honestly way better than I was expecting.

I'm not sure what I enjoy the most here; the food, the service, or the dates I'm usually on with my wife when we always seem to end up here when we get hungry. Also, I just heard they are expanding this location to make it bigger and better! I can't wait to check it all out when it's done.

I literally went 30 minutes out of my way to spend almost $60 for four sandwiches to drive an hour back home and find a piece of hair in my sandwich. Hair nets should probably be a thing. Besides that everything else was great!

Lived in AZ my entire life and never tried this place until now…. Feel like I’ve been wasting my life honestly. 10/10 we’ll be back!

Let me first say that the staff and food is great.
The store manager is another story. You know why restaurants are understaffed? Because they create unsafe and hostile working conditions. Asking sick staff to come into work is wrong. Asking for a doctor's note from a 19 year old with no health care is wrong. Should he pay $150 at the Urgent Care to miss a day or two of work when he is clearly sick with a cold, cough and runny nose? Those are the people you want making FOOD FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS? Maybe I should call Maricopa County Department of Health and have them come and check your store.

Im honestly so annoyed with this location. I love the food, the food is amazing. Although, It’s really a gamble when it comes to service quality; the employees are either extremely friendly or incredibly rude. Either way, they can never get my order right in person, so I order through the app. Through the app, I get exactly what I want and don’t have to deal with any of the rude employees. Lately, they’ve been shutting off online ordering because they’re too lazy to take on both in person and online orders. So I haven’t been able to order because I refuse to order in person. What’s going on? Get it together, I can’t be be the only customer lost because of the online ordering issue.

Super delicious sandwiches and tons of options, ranging from some craving satifying pizza subs to equally delicious vegetarian options. Cozy atmosphere and good customer service, one of my favorite sandwich places of all time.

Customer service seems great. She seem to get everything down just the way we asked for our sandwiches. It was a take home order, as soon as we got home our order was wrong. The kali mist blunt size was order with extra pickles and extra sauce on it with extra sauce in the side.
The white widow was ordered with lil sauce and no pickles. The kali mist had no sauce on it ar all and the white widow was drenched in sauce. Had no pickles for the kali mist and there was no extra sauce on the side. This isn't the first time they mess up people orders

Love this place. The food is stoney as all get out and the atmosphere is far out. They have Kool aid on tap, need I say more lol

Always incredibly kind and easy to talk to, super knowledgeable about the menu and the food is always loaded and fresh.

The food was so so good. I loved it. Until. I pulled someone else's hair out of my mouth. I almost lost all my food after that. My husband wouldn't eat his after seeing it. I know things happen, but please wear a hair net or something so this doesn't happen to someone else. I can't stop thinking about it and had to write this review.

Best place ever! Couldn't even say enough about them to make you believe me all I can say go try it for yourself. The nostalgia of it alone is worth it, great employees awesome.the food is always good and you can't beat a good glass of Kool-Aid?
