Chick-fil-A, Tempe AZ

We asked for buffalo and barbeque sauces for our sandwiches but only got 1 hot sauce (that we didnt ask for)

Food was ready exactly when it was supposed to be, and tasted delicious. Wish the drinks were a little bigger, but other than that it was fantastic.

Thanks for the 12 piece with only 9 peices and the 20 minute walk up window wait with only 2 people in front of me. Definitely a bad first experience. What a joke from a big chain

The walk up widow experience was the worst! The space is creamed tightly with people waiting for their orders. Even the area inside for the employees is too tight. They can't efficiently process the orders for the people waiting. It's haphazardly executed. Orders would be sitting there getting old as they didn't seem to have a process ironed out as to how to best handle a busy lunch crowd. And.it's 100+ degrees. Not cool in more ways than one!

Been here a few times now & usually it is crazy busy but they seem to process orders fairly quickly. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich one time & unbeknownst to me part of the breast had folded over on itself during cooking & didnt cook all the way through & I threw up later that day. CHECK YOUR CHICKEN IF YOU ARE GETTING A SANDWICH! Other times we ordered were issue free but the most recent time Jan 4 2021 'round 230pm, the nuggets (pictured) were so dry & barely warm, very obviously had been sitting out & not fresh, surprisingly disappointing. So with it always busy, makin me sick & the not fresh food on our most recent visit, they get this rating. I really wish there was more than 1 location in N Tempe. I was threatened by people who cut the line when I got there. This just happened at 723 in new year eve. I’m assuming you still served them even though everyone had seen what happened. I left because I don’t what to fight over chicken. If you did serve them then defend your action because as far as I can tell they should have been arrested.

The food is always hot. The servers are patient and kind. Plus, the line moves really fast. The downside is that it's always full regardless of time.

My favorite fast food restaurant! Chick-fil-A always goes above and beyond and this one is no different!

Chick-Fil-A is of much better quality than normal fast food chains. The nuggets are real chicken not ground up like other places. I like that they have good chicken, and gluten-free bun for additional charge. Cobb salad is great and the veggies very fresh. I did not like the bag of roasted whatever that came with it though - kinda compromised the freshness of the salad. The price is great for the quality! Lemonade is a tad sweet in my opinion and would love if they had fries as well since wedges are less fun than fries somehow. Just my opinion.

The food is great, but the employees never give you the amount of sauces you ask for. They always jip you a few. The sauce makes it or breaks it.

Right now they have a outside pick up window and they were pretty fast due to the fact the drive thru line was HUGE and they had 4 people waiting to deliver postmates! They're new Mac & cheese was alright but their seasonal peppermint shake was I should of got a large Great service & always good food!

Got two large nugget meals came home and no sauce.none. Felt helpless so ended up just crying and going to bed.

I’ve been a longtime fan of Chick-Fil-A for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The food is always exactly what I ordered - it’s simple, good. Filling. I live in this neighborhood, so I’m here pretty often. It seems like the tables are all usually a little more messy than most other CFA’s I’ve been to. However, the staff members are always kind & super active.

Worst location ever. I ordered over 15 minutes ago via mobile order I've been more than patient. Oh and I've been ignored poor customer service im not coming back.

Tables have this wierd grimey sticky feeling every single time I've been there. Sometimes my order takes like 10+ mins when I'm only customer in there. Shake machine is down 75% of the time. And they all say my pleasure which is cringe when you keep hearing it from these kids at restaurant.

Food came out cold. They needed more workers to handle both the drive thru line and all the walk in customers.

Clean, modern dine-in area, and the staff is awesome. This location is really big compared to the others. They also have WiFi that is fast! Great place, I'm definitely going back.

I drive for a takeout delivery service. The rude girl at the counter tried to make me wait in line when the order had already been placed. Staffed by dumb people who have no sense of urgency. Even the manager had this deer in the headlights look on his face when I brought it to his attention. If you like good service and not waiting 25 minutes for a freakin chicken sandwich, don't go here.

Food is always fresh, hot and quick to be served. Manager is always nice and restaurant is very clean
