Chick-fil-A, Tucson AZ

Well where do I even begin? I have gone and worked at the Chick-Fil-A located in the student union and the workers are so disrespectful and nasty. Do not eat or work here! They eat the food they are serving to their customers and not everything is in stock. They also do not wash their hands or change their gloves for many hours at a time.

Generally pretty busy and the workers are mainly students. That being said, sometimes they're sassy and don't call out the numbers

Long waiting time + food of low quality (a milkshake with a leaking cup + no refund unless I refund the whole meal)

25+ minute wait and my shake was waiting the entire time for the food to come out. That being the case this thing was running down my hand, sticky, got on my clothes and I was late to class. Just chucked it in the garbage.

I mean, what can I really say about the Chick fil a on campus. It has really fallen off the cliff in terms of quality and speed. Entirely, the beginning of the school year they were really on top of things, now I just want a quick meal so I can get back to studying. That is not going to happen. I am currently finished ordering, no joke they are at 720 right now and I am order 870. A whole 150 people, my old Canes’ restaurant I worked at, would never let this happen. Also there is no sense of urgency, they have 5 people working on drinks and they are just standing around instead of going to the kitchen to help. It just really fell of the cliff and it doesn’t seem like its gonna recover anytime soon. (All those people in the photo are waiting).

Not a great chick fil a. They bump the orders as done on the GrubHub system, then yell at you when you try to come up and get your order even if the app/text says it's done.

Very nice staff. Always super sweet when talking to you and aew always ready to go an extra mile to help out.

Overpriced, small portions, hardly warm food. Better off eating literally anywhere else but here.

Great choice for students. Small store but well organized. Orders are shown on a TV and called out so you know when your oder is ready. Not the full Chick-Fil-A menu but offers all the classics!

Military Discount! Excellent Staff. HOWEVER, the food is in very small portions and it is not as good as anywhere else. In fact, Chick-fil-A is that way in its totality.

Their lemonade is basically a packed cup of ice with a dribble of actually lemonade. Total ripoff. The lemonade is good, you're just paying for like 6 ounces of it though, in spite of the huge cup.

Exactly what you'd expect from Chick-fil-A. Great service, great food, great price. COVID has made the wait time for food a bit longer but other than that, theres no complaints.
