Chick-fil-A, Casa Grande AZ

I got food poisoning from a chicken deluxe sandwich here. I tried to contact the corporate office thru their online complaint form but it won't submit. I just want everyone to know do not get this sandwich. I got deathly sick from it!

Asked for pickles on the side, gave pickles on the side along with pickles on the sandwich. Expected more on the sandwich, it was bare. Friends first time there and he said he doesn't want to go back. Sorry Chick-fil-A

I love Chick-fil-A bc they are the Christian way! They are so helpful and accommodating. I spent a family night with my mom and my children and it is a night I will treasure forever because of how kind the employees were and how wonderful our meals were. Even an hour till close they were on top of excellence and excellent customer service! Thankyou so much and God bless you all!

I found all Chick-fil-A to be very professional and clean and this one is no exception. Food was fine.

Super long line tonight but the girls running drive thru & the crew inside still got us out in 15min.

Have to say this was a disappointing visit, got there needed additional 5 minutes for sandwich, then those came out but not our drinks, waited again for those, then one of our drinks was wrong, waited again for one drink. What should have been order ahead and pick up was not at all what happened.

Sad they were out of so many things.
Got 4 kids meals
They forgot chicken sauce.
Went to front asked for 5 sauce.
Manager said here are 3
If you want more you can buy more.
I explained none in kids meals.
She rolled eyes and got me more.
But they were having stress day with running out of so many things.
I smiled and said I appreciate it.

I feel cheated drive through moved fast, but 5hey had me pull around park and wait now I've paid and my experience is approaching 26 min with no food. What do you accomplish by having people pull around, you cheating yourself on labor. The powers that be think its running fast and smooth. But here I am running 30 minutes late now.

This chicken noodle was perfect for today. This is a large. Comes with saltiness crackers. Sweet tea as well because, well I'm addicted to them. Anyhow the use the app and let them scan as you will build points for rewards. The soup is really good and highly recommend it. Enjoy!

How is it this place runs so well in the evening but breakfast service is so poor? Half the time we arrive 30+ minutes after they open and they still don't have something working. No coffee at 7am? No soda machines at 7: 15? Waiting 10+ minutes in drive thru for one order of hashbrowns? If you can't have things ready that early then don't be open. Clearly you know how to operate at certain times of the day.figure out what's wrong with the morning shift please.

I used to absolutely love this place and ate here all the time but the food has gone soooo down hill. Last several times I’ve gotten food the chicken sandwich has been soooo greasy it’s disgusting. Wish they would go back to how it was when they first opened.

Worst Chick-fil-a I have been too and I am a regular customer. This location was alright at first but lately everytime I order something they mess up at least one part if not multiple parts of the order. The sandwiches and fries are constantly cold and they forget things like bacon on the sandwiches or include the wrong item with soups. Never had those sort of issues before at any other location.

I come to this Chick Fil A everyday until today when the RUDE manager Kelsie with long brown hair that does not wear it up like all the other women at the restaurant. The food is not good anymore. Sandwiches are cold and so is the service. I hope you can train your managers to put their long hair up so we don’t find hair in our food. Gross. Either way I am a long time customer that will never return to this particular chick Fil A in Casa Grande or any for that matter. There were only 2 people in front of me and it seriously took me 20 minutes to get my food absolutely ridiculous. I’m done.

Employees are very friendly. They make sure you have everything you need. The wait inside wasn't long, but the drive thru line was really backed up.

Just had to share chik fil a is always beyond amazing. Anytime I've ever had an issue I've never been put on the spot by them. (Only had one other issue with a sandwich not being plain) well this time they forgot one nugget which ain't a big deal but Kelsey made me feel like it was my fault. No smile no nothing but here you go. Glad I don't live around here

100 times cleaner and better service than pretty much every other sit down restaurant in Casa Grande. No wonder every locally owned restaurant here closes, why would I put my 13 month old in a booster seat that hasn't been cleaned in 2 years when everything here is thoroughly sanitized after every use?

I have never been a big fan of breaded chicken. I was a passenger in a car and driver elected to go there. I had a Cobb Salad.could have used more dressing.good service.

I couldn't believe the line when we arrived. It was pretty packed it was our first drive through experience and having ppl outside taking the orders was different. It went a lot faster then I thought it would and everyone was so nice. Thank you guys for all your hard work.

CFA has the drive-thru down to a science, but the fact that their lobby and kids play area is still closed after all this time is frustrating.

Went in with me family staff was not very friendly, get up to the window had ordered 5 meals received three chick fil a sauce asked for two more the young girl gave me a face of pure annoyance, I asked for 1 ketchup she said nothing. I thought serving was their pleasure, yeah not at this location it was very clear!
