Chick-fil-A, Prescott Valley AZ

My sandwich was terrible the piece of chicken that was on it looked deformed and was tiny didnt even cover the bun and then tasted.not very good at all.was expensive for what I got

I finally decided to see what all the fuss was about and I have to admit I wasn't disappointed. For a fast food place I thought the chicken was very good ill spend money there in the future for sure.

Service is slow and food is not what it use to be. I was in the drive thru one Friday am and waited 5 min 1 car before the window, when my turn arrived I mentioned the wait and qas told they were short staffed, they (employee) did not care, that's not the Chick-fil-A I know.

Went again for the first time in a long time. Had a great day in Prescott and decided to get some food as we were leaving. Went through the drive through and the service was very good. There was an employee taking orders outside which was nice. I got a spicy chicken combo and my friend got the original chicken combo. Food came to us hot and fresh. The chicken was excellent and the fries were better than I remembered. The sauces weren't bad either. Overall, a great experience and super friendly staff that made sure our order was right. Would definitely go back as well as recommend it to anyone looking for something that doesn't contain beef.

Really what's the craze took forever to get our food even walking in because the drive up was packed, very disappointed in the price for the amount of actual chicken. Not worth the price.

Usually love Chick fil a, but the person taking my order this time was not helpful. There also was a hold up with someone's order which kept many of us waiting.

We LOVE Chick-fil-A! We live in Cottonwood and our nearest one is at Prescott! I wish they would build one over here in Cottonwood it would be busy all the time! Their food is so tasty. I love that it's a Christian owned and operated chain! Makes us patronage them all the more!

Hate this corporate giant, for their treatment of the little guy. Especially, what they did to gentlemen in VT who owned a tea shirt and silk screening business. Read about it online.

About 11 AM. Long line in drive through. Finally staff came to my car and asked "What can we get started for you? " I said "I don't know, I haven't seen a menu. " She acted mad and said "well let me go get you one". Why didnt she have a menu with her? After getting to window, was told to go park. Long wait (no really!) and then order was wrong. Ordered nuggets and mac and cheese and sauce. Simple right? I got no sauce, no napkins or fork. 4 other people also had problems with their orders too because I had to wait behind them after going inside.

I was really disappointed when ordering in drive tru. I understood that it a popular chain and i waited long time but.when i got my food they gave me a warm coke. No ice and it seemed that it was out and it might have warmed up. I'm really disappointed because i waited so long and I got a warm drink on a hot day. Other than that the food was good but still ruined my meal with the warm coke.

Went 9/29 after my son's highschool football game. I walked into the restaurant hoping to relax with my family. The trash was overflowing and every table was disgusting and dirty. We order our food and They never gave me the sauces I requested. My son asked for no pickles on his sandwich and they put pickles and no sauce. Ok whatever, by then I'm like it's fine let's just eat and get home. My 6 year old asked if she could have some soup. I handed her the bowl and it was a billion degrees hot. I explained to my daughter to be careful it's hot. Well of course she spilled the entire hot soup on herself and floor. So embarrassing and sad for my 6 year old. Accidents happen. Well I asked the front if they had anything to clean it and the young girl was like thats fine just leave it. I said NO my daughter has hot soup on her and all over our table. She grabs me three napkins and three Clorox wipes. By then I couldn't even eat because I was infuriated by the lack of concern and customer service. My poor daughters legs were red and burnt. Im not mad that we spilled soup. I'm upset with the lack of professionalism and help cleaning up a mess. I did pull the young lady over and told her Im going to be a "Karen" and said all this. I explained that it was unacceptable but what she going to do. Terrible experience. Disgusting store and incompetent employees. Not to mention they had no carbonated drinks. Plenty of staff too so lack of staffing was not the issue.

I was the only customer in the store, the attended took my order. It was breakfast got a chicken on bisket, potatoes and a malted. Asked for 1 sauce, 2 katsup packets and 1 sauce for the top of the sandwich. I got nothing but a napkin. Now I will say everything was fresh and hot, as always. Just nothing else very dissatisfied. Should have gone to cracker barrel and sat down. Being in a hurry never works?

There staff is not really knowledgeable about questions I was asking. It’s like they were all brand new and don’t know what’s on their menu. The guy who took our order in the drive through insisted on walking and us driving along which is absolutely ridiculous. Overall I was pretty upset with my experience.

Chick-fil-A has the best milkshakes! This specific location has efficient service and friendly staff. To add, a staff member may initiate a conversation w/ you varied about the restaurant’s traffic. In short, Chick-fil-A offers delicious food, super tasty milkshakes w/ friendly yet efficient service. To conclude, I highly recommend Chick-fil-A!

Kinda of ridiculous to have a drive thru but have employees standing out there to take orders. I went and didn't know what I wanted and asked to see a menu. Was told we only have one and it's being used. Unreal way to do business.

I was excited to get a Chick-fil-A grilled chicken sandwich. When I bit into it I was disappointed. I only ate two or three bites and stopped. Maybe something is wrong with my taste buds
