Chick-fil-A, Phoenix AZ

They hardly miss a beat at chick fil a. Food is made good here, staff is nice and efficient. Not perfect but as a fast food experience, it's great. Recommend this place

As expected, Chick-fil-A gave me excellent service and excellent food.
A great stop if you're on your way to Flagstaff and need breakfast.
The employees are courteous.
The restaurant is well positioned.
Nothing negative to say here.

We were in the area after a family event and arrived about twenty minimum before closing. Luckily the line was short because we were starving. Service was great and we had our food before we even reached the window. Everything was hot and delicious. Can’t speak of the vibe because we only did the drive thru.

I just had a great conversation with Ishmial and he is super friendly and knowledgeable about Chick-fil-A. I look forward to going back and hearing more about his 5 year plan. He is outstanding!

Replaced order 1025 and after 20 minutes waiting inside the restaurant they told us they are out of eggs. While serving the drive-thru all that time. Bad service. I will never go back there

The food is amazing and quality. The atmosphere is just amazing, and the service is simply amazing!

This is the most delicious fast food I’ve ever eaten in state! Better than McDonald’s and In-N-Out…etc.
It’s chicken is juicy！and I like it’s spicy!

This will not be a popular opinion, but has been my own experience. My last three visits on September 1,9, and 16th all resulted in over 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru for my mobile order pickup. The food and atmosphere is always great and friendly, but there is some logistical issue going on with customers getting their order quickly and accurately. When this location first opened, there were 3-4 employees simultaneously bringing orders out to vehicles. This has since seemingly ceased as there is only 1 employee bringing food out, and the location is still only operation with a single lane, while two are available, causing congestion as drive up and mobile order lanes converge.

10/27/23 Update: Drive Thru at about 3: 18pm. Tran 5105. Ordered Cob Salad with extra nuggets, crumble blue cheese, and avocado ranch; received regular Market Salad with no crumble blue cheese. Ordered large lemonade with light ice; received large lemonade with the entire cup filled with ice to the top. Please ensure your staff is checking orders before they go out.

This is a spot on Jomax Rd here in North Phoenix across from the newly built Fry's supermarket. It's a brand new building, so everything is still new. But it's definitely Chik fil A goodness! Always courteous and fast with orders

The treesh at the front drive thru window on 10/31/2023 at 4: 00 pm gave me 3 sauces for 5 items of food worth over $30… when i asked for more (which i originally asked for when i placed the order) she laughed and scoffed as she walked away and refused to give me more. She also said “you don’t need that much sauce for an 8 count”… i didn’t get just an 8 count. She deserves to be fired and alot of other negative consequences so she learns to act right. This is all after i spend thousands a year on chick fil an and have never had a problem like this. That H0 needs to go

This is a newer location so I’ve tried giving it the benefit of the doubt but most times I’ve been here, my order is wrong or the workers just seem confused and incompetent. The look of confusion on their faces when I ask for chicken nuggets in my salad rather than the grilled chicken that it comes with it is concerning. And if they say I can have the nuggets, I still end up with the cold grilled chicken. I don’t know why it’s so difficult… Don’t ask to substitute anything here. It throws them off and they don’t know what to do with themselves. Hopefully service improves but it’s been a few months and doesn’t seem much better.

Love Chick-fil-A!

I usually get their chicken noodle soup and their Chick-fil-A deluxe. Sometimes if I want spice I get their spicy chicken sandwich or their southwest salad is delicious too.

The food was great, as usual. The drive thru line moved fairly fast and is organized. I will be going back to this location. They have the cool wraps that I absolutely love!

Sofia is awesome she has great customer service skills and made it very welcoming i see her being a manager in future thanks Sofia for a great experience.

It's just really silly that my child ordered from the app and didn't get her drink for 10 minutes but I went through drive-thru and had it instantly.

Nice new location for Chic-fil-A off of i-17 & jomax. Same great service. Same great food.for now without as long of a wait!

Little dissapointed with management. Every other chick fila allows you to order lunch during breakfast. You just wait 10/15 longer.was not that busy and hardly anyone inside or at the drive through and still they refused to take my order.and its the last chick fila on your way out of town. Little disapointed. Looked forward to this treat as we dont have one within 2 hours of where I live.
