Chick-fil-A, Scottsdale AZ

Food was good as always. First time I have ever given a negative review of Chick-fil-A. The reason is because the the dining room is closed so we went to the open patio. In the patio the tables were filthy. Totally unacceptable for Chick-fil-A standards in my mind.

This particular, chick fil a didnt sell me my breakfast because i didnt have a mask. This is the start of a experimental social credit system. Know your rights. HB 2770 The only reason i didnt say anything much was because the girl was very nice about asking me.

The folks in the drive thru were slammed and still had my order correct within a couple minutes. Even with everyone in the drive thru every single employee was super awesome and friendly. I typically would never tip at a drive thru but felt I had to at this one. When I handed the guy the tip he absolutely refused and just reminded me I was family and to come back soon. That's how you run a chick fil a right there.

Got to watch a car burn in the parking lot. And so did the rest of the chick-fi-A crew. Food was good as it always is. The manager was a "kid" with attitude.told the employees that had busy work to do instead of watching car burn.

This chick-fil-A was my favorite one in the valley. It is very clean. Very comfortable. The parking lot is easy to manuver through. The staff was very professional. They were spot on with their answers to our questions. The food was veggies where fresh. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The soda and tea tasted very good. Not dull and uncarbonated I will be going there again for sure!

I had messed up my order and had ordered regular chicken strips for my kids when they wanted spicy. I tried to grab them before they completed our order but they had already done so. When they heard my kids ask about spicy strips they bought us a complete new order with spicy strips! They were very accommodating and very nice. It's always nice to enjoy excellent customer service!

If you want to eat chicken nuggets this place is the way to go.this is a high quality fast food restaurant.they have the best nuggets in town

Staff is friendly. They messed up the order but quickly corrected the mistakes. Tables need more attention.

They are famous for their service and for good reason. Tough top when it comes to fast food chicken.

Consistently the best service of all the fast food establishments. Chicken rules here and never disappoints. Waffle fries good but not everybody's preference. Plenty of sauce options, with some new ones. That said, the thin, lackluster sauces are not nearly as good as what they go on. Most room for improvement here. Fresh lemonade is amazing, and shakes are excellent.

Yay Chik-fil-A! Super good and friendly location (like all of them). The line gets long for the drive thru, but they move along pretty good.

I am a first timer at Chick-fil-A, and overall I'm satisfied with my meal from the chicken and vegetables and bun to fries Fresh. Awesome. Evan the co workers, Manager walk up to you bring you your meal. Also they make sure everythinh is ok That's hospitality. Good place. Thank you️

I go to this chick-fil-a about 5 times out of the week for breakfast or lunch and sometimes for both they have always had really good service but lately I dont know whats going on they've forgot to give me my sauces my dressing for my wrap and today I got breakfast and I ordered a egg white grilled chicken muffin and the chicken on the sandwich looked like a grilled chicken nugget thats how small it was im not to happy with them right now I paid $9.38 for a really small sandwich.

We showed up late, close to closing. The speaker box seemed to take a while so we drove through. Typical problematic guest at the end of a long shift. The team was kind, quick and courteous. Thank you.

Chi-fil-A is always nice, but this particular branch is being managed pretty well. I liked the staff very much

As with all Chick-fil-A restaurants that I've visited, this restaurant was clean, had very good food, and extremely friendly cashiers. Their prices are a little higher than I like, but the food and service make it worth the visit.

There are better Chick-fil-A's. A very rude, unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Especially from the leads / managers. I'll never eat at another.

Great service, manager came around just to see if me and my brother needed a refill or sauce packets.

Not the cheapest fast food, but great food and excellent customer service area always worth something extra.

It's just not up to the standard I typically expect from Chick Fil A. This one does not change the fryer grease out soon enough and everything has that burnt grease taste. 3 trips to this one over a few weeks and always the same problem.
