Children's Oasis Pediatrics, Gilbert AZ

I used to live in Gilbert and took my son there since we moved from Utah when he was 6, now he is 15 and we had moved again to Cave Creek area and decided to keep Dr. Novy. All was good until today when I was 10 minutes behind on our appointment since traffic was horrific. I called the office to let them know and the receptionist told us that we have to reschedule, seriously? I drove 1 hour for my loyalty to them and this is how they say thank you? Never again, we are looking for another doctor. Thank you front desk staff!
