I am very unsatisfied how my daughters 3 weeks spent here went. My daughter came home everyday crying to me how the teachers and kids were mean to her. I watched the cameras and watched how a few of the kids bullied her and not include her in the activities. I sat and watched how the teachers did nothing about it. Everyday she cried and screamed how she didn’t want to go there because they were so mean to her. I found another child care and she loves it and hasn’t had any issues. The new site loves her just as much as she loves going. I don’t want to state that this site is prejudice but IT IS! The only thing I did like is that I would receive photos and updates and I could view the cameras at anytime. The front desk lady is VERY rude! Pam was a good help!

My almost 3-year-old started at childtime when he was about 18 months old. He absolutely enjoys his time there and tells me all about the fun he is having. I feel at peace knowing I can watch him anytime I want while at work and have great confidence he is being loved and cared for. Ms Pam and every teacher he has had are a pleasure to talk to and dont hesitate to send pictures or communicating via the app to let me know how my baby is doing.
I know some people have complained about the availability but I would like to add that although there is usually a waiting list, this is because they care about respecting the class ratios instead of allowing their school to become a chaos where children can get hurt as it happens in other daycares, so before judging about this, understand this is the right thing to do for our children that attend this school.

My wife called this morning looking for drip in availability for our son. The number leads you to a call line where they have to reach out to the location of interest. The lady in the phone hung up on my wife and when she called back, another, more abrasive person answered and transferred her to the original person, only for the first lady to say "they have no availability" and hang up with no other resolution or inquiry about other locations.

My daughter has went here for 3 years and they have been AMAZING! Pam is wonderful and over time they have became a home away from home for my 3 year old! 10/10 recommend this daycare / preschool!

Our 18 month old son has been attending this Childtime location for a year. I have so much good to say about this day care. The staff truly care about the kids. I am consistently amazed at how Pam (the director) is able to remember every child and parent name without forgetting! Pam runs a very tight ship. Things are very clean, very safe, and the staff is engaged with parents to keep everyone updated on their kids. My son is visibly happy there. He always has smiles for his caretakers, and he reaches for them when he sees them. I have a lot of trust in this team, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Great Place! I love it! Ms. Pam is the best. Miss Tina is hilarious! The teachers in some classrooms are nice but they definitely have a OTHER side. The classrooms are organized. The teachers know what they are doing.

Horrible Horrible place. They treat people like they are worthless. Stay far, far, far away from this place!

When we come back in town my daughter was already asking if she can stop by her old school to see her teachers. If that isn’t a ringing endorsement, I don’t know what is.

Both my daughters thrived at this location. My husband and I would send them back there (we moved out-of-state) in a heartbeat as well as recommend them to our coworkers and friends.

There is very little turnover for the core team. These ladies have it dailed in and stay with this location. Some are at 20-30+ years of service.

The ladies are all caring and have the children’s best interest in mind. They handle so many different situations. (Our daughter previously attended another major daycare provider prior to Childtime so there is some frame of reference.) They have systems in place for everything. How the kids were rewarded for a diaper change by getting to ring a bell, settling everyone down when transitioning between activities, and washing hands as they come into the room are just a small sample. Every time I visited I saw something new and reassuring. Everytime I walked out the door feeling even better about having my daughters here.

Here is a routine I’d like to call out given our past bad experience elsewhere: everyone eats all together at the same time. This is significant and if you are shopping different daycare’s here’s one item to add to your checklist. Your child will not get swarmed by the other kids causing other behavioral issues.

It’s not just about behavior though. At three my daughter could count to 100 with little assistance. She can write her own name. There is a lot of learning and discovery throughout the day.

As a breastfeeding mother the ladies in the infant room and I were in constant conversation about feeding and usage of the milk-a huge deal when you are pumping at work instead of spending that time with your kids.

This center has a phone app for constant communication throughout the day for feeding, sleeping, diaper changes, activities and other updates. You know what they ate so dinner isn’t the same thing they ate for lunch and you know that before leaving your workplace (as opposed to a paper system where you’d find out after you stopped at the grocery store on your way home). I always loved getting photos. They respond quickly if you comment back through the phone app.

It is the combination of all of these that make this Childtime location such a wonderful place for young children. Like I said before, every time I walked out the door I knew my daughters were in good hands.

I found this center to be very child friendly. The staff was friendly and engaged with the students in their learning and play. The center is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride in the center. I would recommend this center.
