Chili's Grill & Bar, Kingman AZ

We tried to call in an order at this location. The customer service was awful and close to non existent. On the first call they claimed it was a bad connection and said to call back instead of calling us. Then in the second call they didn't know the answers to simpl questions had computer issues and after 10 minutes of waiting to place the order said they can't help us. No third chance available from us.

My wife and I love this place. Food is good and inexpensive. The wait staff are curtious and professional. Love the place.

We had the worst food ever. So salty we sent back the chili. Waitress never checked on us had to get hostess to get her twice. Then was charged for a salad I refused. She then packaged one up because I had to pay for it and had to wait so long I involved the manager. The salad I got had no croutons, cheese or cucumber which is the standard salad. She also said they couldn't cut our hamburger in half. We will never go back to the Kingman Chili's. I left her a penny. Manager did apologize but bet she doesn't change

Hubby and I shared a chicken, ribs, and Mexican tortillas plate. It was enough for both of us to enjoy. Really good except the tortillla was not our fav. Margarita was great. Service was beyond

Go see Kaylene! Shes amazingly friendly and fun. Excellent server! Great food and drinks for a great price. Two appetizers, two cocktails, two double shots, and two delicious Ribeye steaks w shrimp topper for only $100. Must go visit this Chilis.

Long wait and the food was not all that what a waste of money wont to that again i have had better wings from the freezer

Been to several chili's in the past and food has always been good. 1st time reviewing one. We came in through the to go door and 3 employees saw us and didn't approach us to sit us or acknowledge us. Four minutes later we walked up to the front and got seated.
Server got our order I and drinks. Drinks came pretty fast and food right after, before I could order another beer. When food got here I asked for another beer and guy bringing food said I'll let your server know. Beer came half way through my meal and told the server can I order another one cause this beer took a while to get to me. She said sorry in was busy (worst response ever for a server) but I can't bring another beer while you still have a full beer on the table. I said when by the time you bring it I'll be done with this one and you do take for ever to check up on us. LET ME REMIND ALL YOU THAT THE RESTAURANT WAS PRETTY EMPTY AND ONE HOUSE AND A HALF TO CLOSING TIME. NOT BUSY AT ALL. ONLY THE BAR WAS FULL. BUT THE BAR HAD ITS OWN BAR TENDER.

Food was good except for the rice that burns and gets hard withing minutes of trying to cool down from being on an iron skillet.
4 for the food. It was good. We got shrimp tacos and shrimp & steak.

Forget the wait and take a seat at the bar. Brenda is the bartender with great customer service. The food is good but the service was the best!

Dirty cups, burnt food and they dont seem to care. They should just close the place if they aren't going to do the bare minimum of WASHING THE DISHES.

Our server was amazing, and we had a little problem with our steaks but it got fixed immediately by the manager! We love our visits every time we come.

If you want the unlimited soup and salad, don't just order a bowl of soup and then another bowl of soup. It becomes a issue with the complicated billing system. You must say you want unlimited soup and salad.

Ordered a BOWL of chili and ate it in 5 spoonfuls. It tasted good but cost me $1 per spoon. Just paid and left to eat elsewhere.

Kitchen isn't good on take out orders. Food not cooked properly on three different occasions. Dry salmon and over or under cooked steak.

From seating to leaving the staff was amazing! The Awesome Blossom Petals is delicious as well as the quality of the food. Dont come to Chilis (maybe my 2nd time here) and I look forward to coming back again!

Might be the last time. Ate lunch here last Monday. Been to this chili's before but was not impressed with the atmosphere. The wooden planks that separate the booths had so much dust on them we were thinking how easy that could get into your food. And I've seen gas station restrooms that were cleaner. Thinking I could use the supplied sanitizer on the wall since there were no paper towels in the bathroom, well that was empty too. But I will say the food was good as expected.
