Charles was a wonderful waiter. He was cheerful, helpful, efficient & thorough! Apparently nobody has ordered the straight Sangria, in a long while!

Wanted to treat myself for my bday and got takeout. Got the Bacon rancher burger, had it before so I know what it normally looks like. Got home, opened it up, and it had 1 patty not 2. Paid extra for avocado slices, they put one single baby slice on it. Should have 6 pieces of bacon, received one. Asked for cheddar cheese, received no cheese. Asked for no onions, got onions. Manager says cook is new and training. Well that falls on him for not training properly or overlooking him. Also texas fries were a complete mess. Extremely dissatisfied. We ordered the original chili and salad. The chili was way over salted, we sent it back, and ordered the chicken enchilada soup instead. It was bad, like someone took a jar of cheap cheese sauce and threw in some chunks of day old rotisserie chicken.

We had to send back a meal my grandson had ordered because it was dry and got something else. They were so nice about it.

I went in there to have the shrimp taco and you guys took it off the menu. Thats the only reason I go in there.

I got the steak fajitas. Not very many veggies, the Spanish rice didn't have enough enchilada sauce, so it tasted very bland. They were out of corn tortillas. The steak was on point though. Got the Skillet queso and chips which had waaaay too much beans in it, no taste of cheese, just tasted like a bean dip, which was still good, just not what I was expecting to get from a queso. My friend got the sirloin with full order of shrimp which was forgotten about. After waiting 10 minutes the we managed to flag our waiter down to correct the mistake on the missing shrimp. And also bring the water I initially ordered in the beginning of our meal. I got the frozen Strawberry margarita which was AMAZING! Kudos to the bartender. That's the only reason this review gets an extra star rating.

Through the entire meal though our waiter never checked on us or was even the least bit interested in customer service. We were flagging down random waiters/waitresses for anything we needed: refills, napkins (which we never got) and the most important. UTENSILS! Which took another 10 minutes to get, so food was a bit on the cold side by the time we started eatting.

It took 2 people just to bring us our check and to go boxes. Ridiculous treatment after an $80 bill. Will not be back a second time. One and done.

Why are they just standing there and not doing they're job. Sat there for 20 mins waiting and a few people that came after me are getting they're orders and was doing a doordash order, just ridiculous. Also I wouldn't want someone wiping their nose with their hand with no gloves even touch my food after. I watched an employee do that from my car, that's just too much for me. There just slow and breaking codes as well as that!

Chilli's is chilli's, it's American style food, it's not gourmet, it's not uptown dining, but it is comfortable, and the food is tasty and for sure the service is really good at this location. Managers are friendly, they smile, ask you how things were.it's a very comfortable place to just go and get a simple meal for a decent price.

Chili's has the best bargain lunch menú! You leave feeling very full and the service is always impecable!

Salad is not up to previous standards. Shrimp is not as good as before.
Don't order the Seceret Saucer Buger. Soups still great.

Ordered mashed potatoes which came back with bacon which am allergic to!
Even the mashed potatoes for my daughter came back served with bacon!
Orders took verylong time to be served
Ordered boneless chicken bites for starter instead we got bacon bites!
All over it was a horrible experience, will never go there again

Place had 8 tables of customers we waited 30 minutes before water came out lol we left sad so sad

Food was booboo. Change your grease please. Soup was a joke. It's like I ate food because I was hungry but we didn't enjoy it.

No utensils with a to-go order. Make sure you specifically tell them that you are human that eats with utensils because otherwise they may assume that you are a dog in eat with your face instead

The rancher burger was unbeknownst to me the highest calorie item on the menu. But dear goodness was it spectacular. Something good at this spot l, Christian was king server of our table and left us feeling well cared for.

Our food was very good or service was very good. The only downside was at the restaurant was very loud

Shrimp tacos, salad and chips were great. Enjoyed cookie and ice cream for dessert. Perfect to share. Would have enjoyed a spicier salsa option.

Made all of the special requests we asked for no questions asked. Service is wonderful at this location even during rush hour so if you like top tier bar food and descent prices head over and give it a try.

I ordered a steak the ribeye steak which is a little over $20 ask for a medium rare I get a well done steak I was in a rush the day so I ate it. The next week or so I go for a burger which was the only bacon burger. It was the most dry flavorless burger I’ve ever had the fries are soggy I can’t think of anything good to say. It’s a 0 star for me
