Chili's Grill & Bar, Tucson AZ

So. I came here with a friend to hangout and get away from the kids. We came to drink and sit at the bar. I ordered the President Margarita. Doesn't give me the the shaker one, doesn't even tell me they don't have it. And then puts it in a glass and doesn't even bother to fill the glass!

I got wings from "Just Wings" food was good but they say to pull up and park someone will come out. No one came out, I ended up having to go in. At that point fries were cold

Bad. Bad. Bad. Worst hamburger I have ever had. Dry and really over cooked. Took forever to get service and drinks. Beer was flat. Dining room floor was cluttered with trash. Made my margarita wrong. Over charged us twice waiter had to keep correct the bill twice. Tried to charge for two margarita's I only had one. To top it all off spent all night with stomach ache and vomiting. I felt fine before eating at Chili's. Will never go back. I would rather go hungry.

I popped in here for lunch because it was close. The staff was super. So friendly! The food is really very good.

My friend got a Chili's gift card for her birthday! So, we decided to use it today. The food was great! The staff had face masks on. There was a couple of issues though! One was we had to wait about 30 minutes to get a table! We saw open tables. Everyone was told it would be 20 to 30 minutes for a table. Some people didn't stay and wait. I asked the guy why such a long wait time, he said they were short staffed? Our appetizer came at the same time as our entrees! Plus, my friend ordered a margaritas when we sat down but it took forever to get it! The last thing was I found a bug (nat) in my lemonade! Ugh! If it wasn't for the great food we had we probably would have left!

My wife loves chili's. They are consistently good, not overpriced for the type of restaurant it is. We stop there every time we are in Tucson

Really good food every time we go. Never any problems. But the 5 stars go to the last waitress we had. She was incredible. Very friendly and attentive to our kids and made sure they had food before us. She keep our drinks full. She made helpful suggestions and kept our table clean. The friendly service is defiantly the reason we will go back.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH EVERYTHING! Waited way to long to be greeted by our server. They left before I finished ordering. Our food was cold. Seemed like they cooked it yesterday and reheated it today. They did ask if they could do anything to help. But at this point I was upset and just about ready to get tf out of there.

Umm table came in and lady's perfume was so bad.we couldn't finish.it so loud in there rice taste like taco seasoning put on top of it.

The food is great. The prices are great. The alcoholic beverages are awesome, but a little pricey compared to other restaurants. Their tablets always work and fast for my kids. Staff is always so friendly and professional.

I always love chilli's.usually just pickup but occasionally dine in. The reward program makes it worth it. Today I'll have free desert.also enjoying happy hour specials which is all day Sunday.

Their specialty drinks are margaritas. So don't ask for pina colada, because you'll be disappointed. Other than that the service is great and the food is wonderful.

Anyone who knows me knows that this is one of my favorite places to go the people there are very friendly the food is good and very affordable I would suggest going to the one on Broadway not far from the Longhorn Steakhouse and next to the Macaroni Grill good food good people good service

I forgot how good this restaurant is. Had an awesome time to this evening. The server was on the ball, super friendly and fast. The food was amazing and the bill was very reasonable. Will definitely be back in the near future!

Great service but burgers no longer made with grass fed beef. Whatever meat they are now using is tasteless.

Out of the entire menu, the meal for 2 at $25 is the best value. You get a substantial 3 course meal for 2 that is delicious!

Disfrute mucho, ahora tienen un paquete especial ya sea para dos o cuatro personas esta muy bueno y hasta postre te dan riquisimo.

Enjoy a lot, now they have a special package for two or four people is very good and even dessert they give you a lot.

Love this place, nice people, great service and most importantly great food.fun place for family or even to have a drink and watch the game.

Cold, greasy, and flavorless. Although I am describing my food here it applies equally to our server. First and last time at this place. YUCKY.

Just went and it took over 5 minutes to get seated (there weren't any other guests waiting) then never got assisted but the table sat after us got served. Very disappointing, walked out went somewhere else.
