Chino Heating & Cooling, Chino Valley AZ

Our AC compressor recently had an electrical component failure and Chino Heating and Cooling was able to identify and repair the failed component very quickly. I highly recommend this company as we have been using them for years and it has been nothing but positive.

AC went out while i was out of town for work. Called in got a same day appointment. The lady in the office was great and ran through some trouble shooting items to rule out in an attempt to save me money. The tech that came out was very nice and helpful didn't try to take advantage of my wife.fixed the problem for a fair price. Very happy will use them in the future for any hvac needs that pop up.

Have nothing but good things to say about Chino Heating and Cooling. Have used this company for years for various jobs now and am very satisfied. Have nothing but respectful professional peopl. Definitely worth calling if you have any kind of heating or cooling problems!

My AC unit stopped working during the hottest day of the year on a Saturday, no less. I called and talked to Mark, who at first had me on a wait list of about 5 people, but quickly called me back and said he'd called in someone to help him with the volume. Within an hour Rolland was here and fixed the AC unit, and gave us valuable info about maintaining the current AC unit, and new AC units. Outstanding service! I felt that I could trust Rolland, which is extremely important to me. When I replace my unit, I will call on Chino Heating and Cooling. Thanks!

The guy that came for the service call was nice. Very quick diagnosis which was great. Needed a new heating element. Was called the following day and told it would be almost $900 to fix it, but it wasn't recommended and should get a whole new system. Bought a factory part for $120 and no joke replaced it in 5 minutes. Works great, so I'm happy. Just be cautious. Seem like nice people, but may try and take advantage of your situation.

The tech had to travel some distance in bad weather, it showed up, was thorough, kept us informed, and did not give up until he had completely solved the issue. The repair cost was reasonable.

We have had three units installed by this company. Overall we are happy with them. While there were issues, those happen and I am always more concerned with how they are dealt with and this company has been ethical & fair during the process. I recently spoke with Mark - he was respectful, kind, and helpful. Our last serviceman, I believe his name was Kevin, was great as well.

It's very difficult to get quality Dependable service in Prescott Arizona. After several tries Chino Valley Heating and Cooling was recommended. Excellent service, experienced personnel, dependable appointment. I highly recommend Chino Valley Heating and Cooling. I'm a do-it-yourselfer so I know when people know what they're doing. Everyone sent to my residence was very competent. Also they use text messages and telephone to keep the customer apprised of the situation. They installed a mini split heating and cooling system very neatly and with least disruption to my existing walls. Also technician recommended I keep my gas floor furnace just in case. Installed new thermostat for furnace and checked out the Old Furnace to make sure it was in good shape.

Roland provided excellent service today. He was very informative and thorough about all services. I will recommend them and only use them for future maintenance.

Requested emergency service for a heating unit in my office that quit during freezing temperatures. Within hours a service technician, Joe, came and got us up and running. The cost for emergency service was fair and the technician was polite and professional.

Technician installed a soft start on a heat pump. The task was completed quickly and all questions were answered.

I am truly enjoying my Daikin systems. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The techs were careful, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves (and sometimes me). I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new system.
