10I rented multiple times and will again. Very friendly and helpful staff. They offer a vast selection of tools and heavy equipment at good prices. I noticed a small issue with the backhoe I rented and it was fixed right away. They listened and followed through.

I cannot say enough good things about Chino valley rentals. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, polite and prompt. The equipment is always impeccably maintained which helps me get my jobs done. It's a family owned business and they treat you like family and the prices are very fair without unexpected nonsense. They go through equipment with you also making sure you know what you're getting and doing. To Remy, Adam, Robert, Bryan, all the yard staff and anyone else I've missed a huge THANK YOU! Outside of Robert (he's nice, knowlegable, and helpful), these people are rude and obnoxious. This is especially true of the owner's son. I've found Prescott Equipment Rentals to be very professional. Based on experience, Prescott's equipment seems to be in better repair. With this I'm referring to scafolding that was in too bad of condition to rent, and forklifts rented by friends I was working with from Chino.
Bring all my stuff in for them to repair, they all way's treat me right and do great work. If you ever have issues or problems they always make it right
Nice equipment and staff! I've never had a problem. I've rented trailers to lawn mowers. If they dont have it, you wont need it.
